Star Nails

My daughter and I were looking forward to a little pampering after a long week. There were very few salons open past 6:00 and my sister-​in-​law highly recommended this place. We gave it a try and were very disappointed. There was one friendly girl out of the entire crew and she was the one that greeted us. We came in for mani-​pedis and asked if there were any specials. We were told no so decided to get them both anyway. I felt rushed and pressured the minute we sat down. It seemed to be about «up charging» the services (i.e., pushing for gel or waxing). We each had two people doing our hands and feet in a very brisk manner, while they were clearly laughing and talking about us in their language. My daughter was reprimanded for her chair vibrating too much while the girl was trying to work on her nails. However, the pedicurist was sensitive to my daughters foot injury. Overall, it was not relaxing and felt like we were an imposition. I am also disappointed at the price for what we got. I didn’t want to leave a tip but felt pressured, as the rude lady was hovering over my shoulder. Needless to say, we won’t be back!

Best place I have ever been! They are very friendly and I travel all over and I come back here even for my nail repair! So very clean speak perfect English also! Very reasonable!!!
