Taco Bell

It’s Taco Bell. If you are looking for world class service and amazing food then you might be delusional.

Gross. Cashier was using napkins as nose plugs while serving people and on an extremely slow day, our orders took about 15 minutes. I get it’s Taco Bell but I’d avoid this one and go to the other one down the road, if possible!

I was a customer in the drive thru at the Ballwin, Mo Taco Bell and it was a terrible experience! The order taker, Patrice, was rude and inept at her job. It took her three tries to get a simple order because she could not multi task. She dropped my change on the ground and said she couldn’t replace it because her drawer closed and abruptly shut the window. When she handed out the food, I asked her name and she flippantly said, is this becauses I dropped your change? Do you really need the five cents? I finally got a sleepy manager to come to the window and she said Patrice should not have acted so rudely and would talk to her. I just don’t understand how these folks can be so rude when they chose to work in a customer facing job! Get it together Taco Bell!

Why yes, this is going to be a review for a Taco Bell. I want to point out to the community that this Taco Bell is so freaken clean and well maintained, it would pass Good Housekeeping and Martha Stewart standards with flying colors.
They have free wi-​fi and plugs so you can bring your laptop while you eat a burrito. Everyone brings a laptop to a coffee shop, why not a Taco Bell. I would take a burrito over coffee on certain days.
Ther customer service was above and beyond. The cashier was very friendly and sweet. She delivered our food and even took it away from us when we were done.
I examined my taco and burrito and my ratio of meat and other ingredients were PERFECT. They even took the time to make a neat taco and burrito and not a messy flat one with a pinch of lettuce or a scant of cheese.
I frequent this Taco Bell when I am in this area and not in the mood for Chick –Fil –A and It is by far the best Taco Bell I have ever been to as far as cleanliness goes, customer service and perfect ratio taco!

We call these guys «B Squad» for a reason. Always mess up the food or flat our forget something. We don’t expect perfection from a fast-​food place, but i would take any and all efforts to avoid. TB by 141 and 44 does a solid job.
