I’m only giving this 2 stars because the first time I came here the service was awesome. I got a pedicure and an eyebrow wax and it went well and I loved that it was under $ 30 bucks. However, the day before Christmas my experience was not so pleasant. I arrived at 4pm wanting a fill-in, pedicure and eyebrows waxed. No one mentioned to me nor was it posted that they were closing up early. About a quarter of the way into my fill-in I am explaining to the nail tech that I don’t like the way she’s applying the acrylic it’s too thick and my nails are crooked. She halfway attempts to fix my nails by making some shorter than the others and some are thicker as if the acrylic has been globbed on. Being frustrated I asked if she can just take the product off completely. She moved me to another station and left me to sit with my nails soaking for 30 minutes without checking on me or at least removing the rest of the product off my nails. Eventually I have to flag someone down and get them to remove the product off my nails. After a while they say something to her in their language and she finally comes over to finish the job she started. When I asked about my pedicure and my eyebrows it is now 5:10 and she informed me that they close at 5 and that I couldn’t get my pedicure or my eyebrows waxed because technically they were closed. This was an epic fail in customer service. If I’m not happy with a product or service then I have the right to let you know so and a pleasant manner which I did. I will not return.

Amy closes at 6pm on Saturdays… I walked in at 5:59 seriously… no attitudes or nothing … customer service means everything to me… Amy & her husband are the best although everyone is decent!
