Havent had dominos pizza in years, but had a craving today for it. Ordered online from the 5515 Harford road store (never ordered from here before) on a Saturday at 1240pm. Ordered the «new» pan pizza with ground beef and bacon and a thin crust sausage and onion. Used the 2 medium pizzas for $ 5.99 coupon. Added a 2L of coke. Was very excited and slightly hesitant because we live in the city now so I wanted to google the reviews for this dominos (delivery, quality etc). The reviews for this store is horrendous. I want to write a recent review and clarify.
Pizza ordered at 1240pm (saturday)
Pizza delivered at 109pm
Both pizzas were hot, crispy, not greasy, absolutely delicious.
Delivery guy was nice.
They did not forget my 2Liter of coke like places tend to do.
All in all, I will order again for sure.

I placed a delivery order during the dinner rush on a sunday. The person on the phone was a little rude but thats understandable when its busy. I was told 45 minutes for my delivery. After an hour and a half i called back and was told they were swamped and my delivery has yet to go out. After 2 hours total wait i was told the same thing. So i went into the location. The person behind the counter was polite. He was a younger guy and he got me my pizza which at this point had been sitting under warmers for the better part of these 2 hours. I actually had to ask for my food to be remade. Which is pathetic. The only somewhat redeeming quality was the manager knocked the price down alot. After i asked. I have never used Unilocal befor but this is the worse service i have ever recieved from a chain restaurant. Im currently sitting here waiting for the food to be remade. I hope it doesn’t suck. But DO NOT order delivery unless you have a ton of time to wait.

The Manager Nandi was very rude! I stated on the phone with her for at least 10 min telling her that u usually order on line but the website was down and whated to know which location delivered to my house. She swore me up and down that there wasnt a Dominos that delivers to me with out even putting it in her system. I asked her if she could look it up or ask someome else and she put it in the system and found out that they are actually the store who delivers to me! No apology no nothing! Very Rude

I give up. This is the third time in a row that I’ve ordered, waited more than an hour and no delivery. I tried to call and cancel and was put on hold for 15 min. Then they have the gall to charge you? Worst.service.ever I could make the pizza from scratch at home faster.

Don’t order from here. They’ll come with the wrong food, and when you politely ask them to bring the right order they’ll come back with the wrong one again.

After giving this location 3 chances I am finally throwing in the towel for this location. I will say this is the only location where there are no cashiers at the register but about 3 people that stand around not willing to go to the register to ring up a order. As of today I placed a online order and after a eta of 61 mins I did not get my order till 2 hours later. Food was cold and not worth the money. I would rather drive to loch raven blvd location at least they know customer service

We are a family who uses many food delivery services and we do eat our share of pizza. We would LOVE to be able to make an order and have it RELIABLY be delivered, however this Dominoes just can not be a reliable source for service. Since their opening we have had orders just not show up, had food delivered cold, hours late, sodas regularly forgotten, and absolutely no help, none by calling and talking to management. Tonight is the final straw! If you don’t really need to have the food you ordered without knowing your not going to have it– call this place! If you absolutely need to eat — CALL ANYONE ELSE! PIZZA LOVERS BEWARE!!!

When this location first opened, I also had trouble with burnt/unevenly cooked pizza. However, now it always seems to be perfect. The staff is polite. When I go in for carryout, ALL the workers say hello and greet me. I am very pleased!

I love Dominos Pizza especially their chicken & bacon alfredo, that’s my favorite of all. I enjoy having a Dominos right in our neighborhood that you can easily get to whether dropping by or ordering in. Oh and the tracker, don’t know who came up with that idea but its awesome. THANKS!

Very clean. Very efficient. The manager is polite, professional, and extremely personable. I am so glad to have a Domino’s return to the neighborhood after so long without. I look forward to visiting this location again.

Great location. Looks awesome inside. Actually has a sit down area (unlike all other Domino’s in Baltimore). Only setback… our pizza was burnt. :p I mean maybe they were a bit carried away with the opening.?? Maybe the cook is new just like this location. I dunno. What I do know is that while havenwood’s location makes perfect pizza’s i hope this harford road location gets it together because the wait over at havenwood is ridiculous.
Good Luck Harford Road. Get a timer!
