I have been seeing Dr. Carter for the past 3 years but he has been in business for a very very long time. He knows his stuff and understands the fear many have of going to the dentist. I have since moved from the Towson area but refuse to see anyone else. He’s great! I saw him today, actually, and we chatted over Breaking Bad, Tosh.0, & Arrested Development in between gauze & drilling ;)
The office manager (she works the front desk as well) is super sweet & very professional.
The office can be tricky to find because the building is shared with condos/​apartments. My first time visiting, I kept driving around looking for an office building of sorts… not an apartment building. Just park in the back & walk in the back door. The dental office is located straight ahead to the right a bit.
