There are three DD’s at BWI. One in the main terminal, one in the Southwest gates terminal B at the Southwest gates and one in terminal D near the Spirit gates. Maybe they all deserve the same«business» or maybe Unilocal will try to break them apart. Anyway, this review is for the one in the D concourse. It’s close to the Spirit gates but you can still get to it from the Delta gates. And because I was here early for my flight and my flight was a little delayed, and I did not want McDonald’s, I came over here to the donut people. There was no line and they had plenty of coffee and most of the donuts, but my breakfast sandwich took entirely too long to be prepared considering that there was only one other customer at the time.

Terrible service, they made me a disgusting bagel milkshake. Like what??? They didn’t even have vanilla, how and pathetic is that. They should be ashamed of themselves. Never coming to Baltimore ever again. Better service in a dumpster. If I wanted a bagel I would go to a bagel store.

Well, it doesn’t matter how many stars I give them, until another food joint opens up on this side of security gate you have no other choice. But it is exactly what you would expect. Coffee is too sweet.

I’m a diehard Dunkin drinker. Should be a simple order. Hot caramel coffee just cream. This coffee is gross. Its watered down and tastes like the cream went bad. They pigeon hole the waiting are a and people are constantly tripping over each other to get their order.

My bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was burnt on the outside and soft on the inside, and chewy enough it was hard to eat.

Amazing service! The employees here work so hard! The manager stated he comes to work daily at 3am! The dedication to work, have a great attitude and wonderful customer service is very rare but greatly appreciated! The food is fresh and wonderful-not over priced! Guess it’s true what they say… you can always count on dunkin! :)

Coffee was burned at 5:00 a.m. Completely undrinkable. How hard is it to not burn the coffee?

For those of us who live in airports(I fly 200,000 miles a year) we expect longer lines in the morning at any coffee place. This DD is no different. The line can be longer than at the women’s bathroom at a concert. Meanwhile, the dozen times I’ve been here the cashiers have worked hard to keep it moving. Even when the line is long it tends to move fast. It seems a lot of customers tend to rip this place on Unilocal, but keep in mind this is a Dunkin’ Donuts, not a fancy Starbucks that costs much more. You can expect average donuts, bagels, tea and coffee, just like any DD. If that’s what you’re after you’ll find a warm home here.

You would be better off grabbing some Krispy Kremes on your way to the airport. One, because they have superior donuts and 2 so you don’t have to pay airport prices for inferior products.

Was told I couldn’t have sugar only and that I had to have cream and sugar. Then, I wasn’t allowed to order black coffee. Clearly a bad morning for that gal. $ 2.50 down the drain for a little coffee with my sugar AND cream.

Not much choice in the Baltimore airport. Breakfast wrap just over $ 3. Very salty kind of fast food.

Staff is to be expected at an airport, «get’em in and get’em outta my line!»… not bothered about that, I get that they service 1 gazillion folks a year, but it makes me wonder if I would be treated the same way if ordering a grande latte from the neighboring Starbucks a few gates down. Tip: Any meal can have the coffee substituted for juice, soda, or an iced coffee. I’m not a DD regular, so not sure if y’all already knew this, but figured I’d post just in case.

STAYAWAYFROMTHE B-PIER LOCATION … with that said, the D-Pier location and the location outside security by the Subway are good for a quick cup of tasty coffee. The B-PIER location will water down your coffee and they will serve old coffee … they are way too busy to keep up with making fresh products.

To start, I showed up there at 5 am. Opening time. Except it wasn’t open, but had the gate down and a line of people out front waiting. I had a few minutes so I joined them. They didn’t open until 5:10, a full 10 minutes late. It might not seem like a huge deal, but this is an airport, where time is important. By the time I got up to place my order, waited for my coffee and rushed back to my gate, my plane was boarding. Yes, those 10 were huge. Now, the icing on the donut? Some disgusting black-grey smudge mark on the donut which I didn’t pull out of the bag until I was in line to board. This promptly went in the trash. Whatever it was, it was baked into the donut. Gross. And extremely aggravating.

Busy terminal + under-staffing = not a great experience. Staff is hard-pressed to keep up with planeloads of customers looking for a java fix. This is made worse by an expansive and confusing array of menu items for both DD and BR. Order mix-ups seem common, backing things up, slowing things down… and leading to more mix-ups. Great products, but need more staff.

Just turn around, nothing to see here. If you find yourself meandering along concourse D, far enough to reach this Dunkin Donuts, you have passed by several other places where you’re better off getting something to eat or drink. If the line is too long at Starbucks, or you do not have time, do not stop here to ease your hunger or quench your thirst. You know it will not be good. The people who work there know it is not good and Unilocal is telling you it’s no good. If you’re lucky enough to read this before partaking, turn around, nothing to see here. If not, make your way to the nearest restroom…

This Dunkin Donuts is located next to the end of the B gates. I have never been enamored with the quality of DD’s coffee or service and this airport shop definitely doesn’t do anything different to change my opinion. 1) While the iced latte is written as costing $ 3.49(as of 1÷12÷2015), you will be charged $ 4.19. 2) The English proficiency and the morale of the employees here isn’t great so try not to ask too many questions. 3) Sadly, prices here aren’t much(if any) cheaper than most airport Starbucks. 4) My large iced latte with almond milk(no soy option) was… mediocre.

Wow this place is busy at 7:30 am. This dunkin is located off of terminal B9. I did a huge trek across the airport to get my coffee and no one knows how to make it like dunkin does. If you ate here in the morning you’ll be certain to get fresh coffee. .however be willing to wait for it. I counted the people in line ahead of me — 23 people!

Let me first say, my visit here was not my choice. Starbucks’ line was too long and I didn’t want to miss my flight. The cashier was quick on the register. He ensured that the line kept moving & no one was waiting long.(Unlike what I saw from Starbucks, Terminal B… Cough, cough) I ordered the hash browns & a large vanilla chai with a shot of hazelnut. Don’t judge… Healthy eating starts Saturday. There were more than enough people working. I saw 2 on register, 1 making drinks, 2 packing orders & a floater. They skimped me on the serving size hashbrowns. I counted only of them, all grossly warm & greasy. The chai was perfect. I was in and out in about 3 – 5 mins. Not bad.

from 7−28−14: Great experience here! So friendly and fast. They were having fun while keeping the line moving. As a west-coaster, I don’t get Dunkin’ Donuts very often so I get very excited when I do see them. I’m guessing there are multiple locations in this airport and Unilocal is a bit mixed up. The one I’m reviewing is next to gate B 10 and shares the space with Baskin-Robbins.
