Not the best or worst DD I have been in, but the customer service could use a little brush up. It was not horrible. However I kind of bad a feeling for some reason… It usually was worse, so I left feeling oddly grateful. It is the time of the year when DD has yummy coffees and warm soft donuts with lots of cimmminiminimium. on them. Love DD.

This is a fine D&D. Not the friendliest or most efficient, but always clean and always close to where I live.

The girl that rang me up was nice, but the girl making the coffee messed up my drink. I got a iced lattee with a extra turbo shot. The drink tasted horrible. She only put one shot into it, and the rest milk. When she handed my drink it had no whip cream on it(which I had to pay an extra .40 for, the lattes are suppose to have whip on it no extra charge) when I handed her the drink back over she gave me a additude. Also got mad when I asked her about the extra turbo shot. the drink was supposed to have pumpkin to, didn’t taste like it had any in it. I didnt buy any food that needed to be made, which I’m happy of cause I payed 8 bucks for a large iced latte and 10 munchkins. I really don’t see myself coming back here for coffee.

This is quite possibly the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to. The employees hear maybe 1 out of the 5 words that come out of your mouth. Getting them to successfully make an order that requires even the slightest bit of customization is going to turn into an Abbott and Costello routine.

I’ve been here once thus far and the latte machine was broken so I could not get the caramel latte I was hoping for. Very disappointing. You have a limited number of machines you should keep WORKING if you’re in a store like Dunkin Donuts. The woman was hard to understand and she had a difficult time understanding me. She also did not know menu prices nor where anything was located on the menu; since the man before me was asking how much a hot chocolate was and she didn’t know nor did she know it was even on the menu. I stood there while they went back and forth trying to get somewhere in their communication and finally it was my turn. A disappointing visit when really, how hard is it to keep a DD running smoothly. I won’t be returning.

Come on. How can a Dunkin Donuts possibly deserve five stars? And why use your 300th Unilocal review to do a place like this? Better to pick something Michelin-rated, or some drop-dead gorgeous park, beach, or romantic get-away, right? Why not write about London, Toronto, New York, San Francisco, or some great urban destination like this? North Baltimore? 41st Street? In Hampden? Methinks not. I give this place five stars b/c it is hands-down the best Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to, run incredibly well by a large extended family(it seemed to me, at least) of South Asian entrepreneurs who dished out delicious donuts, hot coffee, and bagels with great skill, speed, and efficiency. The tables were clean — always — the bathrooms were clean — always — and there was quite a good deal of steady foot traffic, suggesting that there is a loyal clientele. I was not one of them, since I prefer my breakfasts at home and cannot handle more than a few donuts every once in a while when I am on the go. But my wife and I stopped here once a year before leaving at like 6:30AM in the morning for our vacation on the Outer Banks. It was an annual ritual, and the donuts and hot coffee kept us awake and full as we sped down I-95 past DC and Richmond to beachcombers bliss in North Carolina. The folks here were already awake and had their shelves filled with freshly-baked selections. Nothing was stale, nothing was day-old. It was all good. It takes dedication to do this, as any baker knows. Wakin’ up that early ain’t an easy life. The other times I stopped here was when I had maintenance done on my car at Brentwood Automotive across the street. We are a proud one-car family, so when I dropped our Mazda3 off for servicing, I crossed the street, grabbed two donuts and a coffee, and read a good book, graded papers, or edited some of my work at a small table in the back. No one ever bothered me, even though I sometimes spent more than 90 minutes sitting there. That’s worth at least one star, let me tell you, to get this sort of peace and quiet while watching the crowds pass by, Will you have a five-star experience at this place? I doubt it, simply b/c you will be too busy to notice all these little details. You’ll come in, grab a dozen glazed for your work meeting, and then rush back to your car to brave the Baltimore beltway traffic and make it to that morning meeting on time. Even then, people will wonder why didn’t bring the Krispy Kremes instead. But if you have the time to stop and smell the donuts, like I did, then you’ll see what I saw, and you will understand why I rate this place the way that I do. Sometimes, you don’t need extraordinary food, amazing décor, or a 1000+ bottle wine cellar to have a memorable dining experience. Five stars can happen when and where you least expect them, even if that place happens to be a corporate-owned, bakery franchise in an otherwise non-descript strip-mall shopping center in a down-on-its-luck Eastern seaboard city that is struggling to reinvent itself for the 21st century. You don’t need to watch«Sideways» to discover this hidden bit of wordly wisdom. Even the suburbs can be sublime if you come to the right place in need of some sustenance. For me, all that was required was some quality hot coffee, something sweet and fried, a quiet corner table, and a little bit of dunkin’ love. This American doesn’t exactly«run on dunkin,» as the corporate hacks and PR geniuses on Madison Ave would have us believe. But I sure was happy to have this place in my beloved Baltimore neighborhood when we needed it most.
