From start to finish, Durable Slate (Baltimore area) gets the highest grades for workmanship, efficiency, and customer relations and satisfaction. From the original appraisal of our Poplar Hill slate roof needs to final payment, Durable was reliable, just, efficient, and performed at the highest quality of workmanship. Its promises about when work would be done and completed were right on spot.
Durable’s workmen, who did the roofing, flashing, gutter, and masonry work, were friendly and cooperative concerning our needs to come and go, use the driveway, have a respite, etc. Their work, performed in hot and humid Baltimore days, was difficult, but always performed at the highest level and timely completed. If we, as consumers, ever had a questions about the work to be done, i.e., the options for slate, caps/​crowns for fireplaces, flashing, masonry, gutters, etc., Durable was quick to respond and produced for us understandable information from photo evidence of roofing issues, to detailed explanations of our options. This allowed us, as consumers, to make informed decisions about our needs, without pressure. In every regard, we could not have been more pleased by Durable’s work and professionalism.
Over four decades, we have had roofs replaced and repaired. For us, Durable’s work in 2015 was head and shoulders above our prior experiences, and at the very highest standard in every regard.
