So this is the 1^st time I have been back for 15 months. I really thought that was the last time I would step through their doors. We would just go next door to IHOP. Well, my daughter (9 year old) has been begging me so we went. OMG! A total 180. The manager was on the floor talking to everyone. She was good with the children. The waitress was attentive and came by the table no less than 8 times. Whatever they did I am glad. Thanks Friendly’s for restoring my faith.

This place is disgusting. So dirty! They always get my order wrong. Last time O was here, I ordered a Reeses Pieces sundae to go. I get home, THERE WAS NO REESES PIECES IN IT! I had two hairs in my food. Watched them not use gloves when touching my food and the floor. Never again.

Walked in the front door with my two nieces that really wanted food and ice cream. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. Not a single employee greeted us, or even seemed interested that someone had walked in the front door. Fortunately there is an IHOP immediately next door because that’s where we ate. Then we went to an ice cream shop that cared that they were going to make money.

This place is gross! Not very clean at all. Went in just needs a pick me up so I got a sundae with a brownie. This place is much closer than coldstone so I figured I would try it out. Mistake!!! The brownie was soo hard and stale! The ice cream was half melted and soupy. So I ended up driving to coldstone anyways. I do not recommend!

There is no way in hell I’d ever revisit this place. The restaurant is small, but that’s something I could overlook because my babies love Friendly’s. This location is dirty. The staff is nice, but slow. I mean, super slow. Including ours, there were three other tables occupied. Why did it take thirty minutes for us to get food? I don’t know. It took about fifteen to get drinks. In a full restaurant, I’m served faster. And again, the place is not clean. I only stayed because I was invited as a guest. If I were the paying party, I wouldn’t have sat down. If you’re a Friendly’s fan, try a different location. This one isn’t one of their best.

Pretty good burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, etc. Their ice cream is great and you can buy it to go too. The price is not bad either.

The place is a little dirty, but nothing I can’t handle. Super melts, fries and ice cream are the reason to hit this spot. The kids love it — one of the few places you can go for a reasonably priced sit down meal, WITH your kids.

The restaurant is dirty. Not my choice, but friends picked it and I will never go back and will recommend that no one else does either.
Dirty silverware, dity tables, horrible customer service. Don’t even get ice cream.

The food was good and everyone got exactly what they asked for. My only complaint was that an employee who obviously thinks highly of himself for unknown reasons would not close the walk up window for shit. We literally froze our asses off while watching this jerk play ice cream gangsta in December. I would defiantly patronize this location again but not if we have to be seated in the winter walk up zone.

Friendly’s restaurant food has improved and they have fresh — never frozen — burgers. The best thing though is the ice cream and great selection of toppings. The staff are very nice and welcoming. They are open very late like 11 in the week or 12 on the weekend.
