I absolutely LOVE this store and the owner Joshua. Very welcoming and knowledgable about all of his inventory, which is quite large and organic. I never leave without buying something and wanting lots more! Good conversation while you shop is really refreshing. There is also an amethyst Bio Mat room that you can rent time on. The store is immaculate as well as the dressing rooms. Truly as good as it gets!

Amazing! I stopped here after a quick trip to Whole Foods, and I’m glad I did. I bought an amazing necklace as a gift for Mother’s Day. Everything in the shop is fair trade, and there is so much inventory. Lots of mens and womens clothing, candles, oils, jewelry, and other accessories. On top of it all, the store owner is extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful(without being irksome). I will definitely be going back!

I believe being a conscious consumer is important. There’s not much debate here, would you rather buy something that was made under horrible conditions or support your local economy? As of this year I’m selling organic cotton hats, and hemp jewelry I make, in this store, but have known The Joshua Tree since its beginnings in Towson. The owner is a personal friend of mine, but without prejudice I can say that he treats everyone the same when they walk in, with respect and a smile, it’s very welcoming. The clothes ranges from your basics to truly progressive styles, and besides the clothes there’s also candles, and lovely scented oils. If you’re bored of the mall and want some guilt-free shopping, this is the place to for it.
