Worst accident law firm ever… they stole my $ 2500 pip which
was supposed to be used to pay my medical bills, but instead they lined their pockets with it. They didn’t pay any of those bills which I’m now receiving in the mail. THEY’RE VERY SHIESTY… THINK TWICE, NO THINK THRICE B4 U CONSIDER DAILING 123-​HURT. BIG AL IS A BIG SCAM!!!

A college buddy of mine got into an accident and was telling me about the situation. I told him I knew an attorney that might be able to help him. I directed him to Marc’s law office. Marc was able to help him find a doctor that helped him with his back pain as well as direct him to massage therapy that helped him recover. Marc was even able to help him get compensation for the time he lost out on his job.

I work here, so its particularly unfair and highly biased that I write this review, but at the same time I find it important for you to see how everything inside of a law office works from the insider perspective.
Hopefully no one sophisticated enough to be Unilocal!ing will ever need our services, as we handle criminal defense cases as well as injury cases, typically stemming from automobile accidents. Although it’s bread and butter for our firm, I wouldn’t wish that harm onto anyone.
I am the only «full time» employee at our downtown Baltimore location, the attorney is back and forth between the two offices, and spends a lot of time in court.
As far as the criminal defense matters go, Marc is a former prosecutor and the results that I’ve seen him get are remarkable, and sometimes unbelievable.
For the Injury cases are concerned, I’ve worked at 4 different firms throughout my career. Working with both solo attorneys and larger practices, and I’ve had a lot to do with the tailoring of how we handle our cases here.
1) I feel that I’ve taken the best parts of each of the 3 prior practices in order to make our process here as efficient as possible.
2) I noticed quite quickly that COMMUNICATION is of the utmost importance to clients. While a client must realize that everyone they try to call or e-​mail cannot immediately be available, a 12 – 24 hour response time is generous. We try, if at all possible, to return any calls/​emails within 2 – 3 hours at the absolute most.
3) Education: I’ve found in my experience that most people who hire a law office are doing so for the first time. Clients have little clue as to how the process or the «system» work, and most want to know what is going on. We take the extra time to explain anything that someone would want to know about the process. It’s somewhat self-​serving, as it decreases the number of phone calls we get down the road.
4) Input and interaction– we allow our clients to «peel back» and see as much of the legal process as they want. Most attorneys would love their job more if they didn’t have clients — but that’s just not a reality, folks.
We’re also written a number of educational guides/​special reports/​etc to help inform clients or potential clients of their rights, and somewhat how the process works BEFORE even calling us. However, we urge anyone who thinks that they may have a legal situation to drop us a line. Our time is not «too valuable» to listen to your situation.
