McDonald’s

Notttt happy.
My friend and I decided to grab some breakfast here since it’d be super quick. I don’t usually get fast food anywhere, but since said friend was without a car and apparently had his heart set on McDonalds (of all the things you could’ve chosen, good sir!), I went with it.
We were a bit wary of the reviews here, but since it was the closest one, we decided to chance it. Service was friendly, but… they got our order completely wrong. I did not get my steak and egg McMuffin but we got charged for it anyway. Sad times. :[

Wish I could give this zero stars. I don’t know why o go back. Maybe it’s the crack tea or the fries. Anyway, I sat in the drive thru on a Friday night (11:20ish) and here it is 11:56pm and I’m just now getting my food. CRAZY! The lady at the first window (who takes the order) could not be any more unprofessional. My husband ordered a coke, they gave him Dr. Pepper. Thankfully he didn’t feel like dealing with a switch and accepted the wrong drink. My fries looked «double dipped». This means when a customer asks for fresh fries but you don’t feel like making new ones, you put some back in the basket and dipped them back in the grease for a few seconds so they get hot. I know this because I worked at a Mcy Ds when I was seventeen and I’m not too proud of seventeen year old me when it came to cutting corners at my first job. Anyway I shouldn’t eat here anymore but seeing that it’s walking distance from my house and the only place open this late when I get off on weekends, I might be back… sadly.

This place has the worst customer service ever. I went there 3 days in a row craving grilled chicken snack wraps and they were out of grilled chicken every time I went there. Yesterday they had a sign up that restaurant was closed until 11. Guess what! I was there at quarter past eleven still not opened. The only thing that is constant about this place is terrible customer service.

This has to be the worst mcdonalds ever. When you walk in all you see is a bunch of low class people and also a ARMED guard there during the am & pm. That’s sad…
Also i had place a order for 2 mcchickens and they forgot all about my order. Stood there for like 10min before they made the order. ???
Also you will see big rats outside running along the fence out back. SERIOUSLY…

I haven’t been to this location in some time so my trip last night was with the hope that possibly time has changed some things.
O how wrong I was!
This is still hands down the slowest fast food establishment I have ever patronized. I don’t know if this locations problem stems from a lack of staff in numbers or work ethic but this is pitiful. Tonight I watched the vehicle in front of me leave at the payment with nothing but pure frustration in the atmosphere. It took slightly over 16 minutes for us to receive a kids happy meal and two four piece nuggets.
Stay away this establish is a shame!

Honestly one of the slowest mcdonald’s i have EVER been to. And there is normally no reason behind any backup’s. Either inside or out the lines are always long and slow.
The customer service here does vary, I have noticed differences in the evening and morning crews, both are slow but some what nice when they demand your order.
There is two windows at the drive-​thru but they aren’t always active, making the time even longer per-​transaction.
The inside smells of body fulids and the floor is always sticky.
Also there coffee is water with some hint of coffee from their mcCafe. This location is famous for nearly 7 pumps of liquid sugar in their drinks, yum. I wouldn’t ask for the coffee black, black here is liquid sugar and coffee water and ice.

The worst McDonald’s ever. Want to grab something through the drive through? Enjoy your 45 minute wait. Want to go inside? Enjoy being surrounded by legions of scum and painfully slow lines. Avoid it like the plague.
