This definately isn’t isn’t the place for buppies or any other type of professional, but it’s cool if you want a good turnup.

I want to start by saying that I have been to several hookah bars and never have I received such poor customer service from an owner of an establishment in my life!
I cant say that I didn’t enjoy myself, in fact I had a great time. The atmosphere was cool, calm and the music helped to set a relaxing mood. The hookah itself was of high quality and the waitress provided great customer service.
My issue began to surface when I was about to leave. When the waitress gave my party of four the bill, we looked at it and was satisfied. Now prior to attending this hookah bar I called to ask about their prices. I was told it was free to get in, we could bring our own drinks and that it was about 25 $ for the hookah, all of which I was OK with. SO when the waitress came back and said «oh I need to see your bill for a sec» and amends our original bill which was about 43 $ to 55 $… I had an issue.
I immediately asked the waitress about this $ 10 service charge that she added to our bill. She told me that they charge a service fee for bringing your own drinks. I explained to her that the service charge was never discussed when inquiring about the prices and that it is not stated anywhere on the menu.
From there it got ugly. The owner began yelling and cursing at me asking me if I was going to pay or not, and threatened to call the police. He was aggressive and in my face which made me feel very uncomfortable. In frustration I told him that I was going to report him to the better business bureau. Then his other employees also argued with me about this $ 10 Service charge.
The owner would not give me his name. I still intend to report this business because I really feel that they have been getting a way with overcharging people. I didn’t expect to be treated in such a way that made me NEVER even want to go to another hookah bar again!!!

This is your typical hookah lounge other than the fact that there is no food service! Maybe they haven’t obtained their liquour or food prep license but I wish that they do and FAST! I loved the atmosphere and it’s BYOB with no charge to open bottles like other lounges. TVs were all over the couches were comfortable and I will be back again!
