Pricey for waxing… but well worth it! I went in with chopped-​up eyebrows, and Vesna gave them a beautiful shape in a couple of minutes using her custom-​made hard wax blend. Total pro.

Vesna is the best in waxing!

First time getting waxed (Brazilian) by Vesna and had no skin irritation at all! Literally took around 10 minutes and not as painful as my past experiences at other salons. A little costly but definitely worth it!

I’ve been going to Vesna for facials for 7 years now. She is extremely knowledgable about reading a facial landscape and knowing how to best care for its needs. And the ambiance of her treatment rooms is relaxing and rejuvenating.
I’m 34. I get carded all the time, and people are shocked when I tell them my age. They guess mid-​20s. Taking care of your skin is an investment, but well worth it. Facials with Vesna and diligent use of the products she recommends are one of my favorite self-​care rituals.

I had my hair cut at Mt. Washington Skin Care & Spa once. The stylist did a decent job, so when it was time for another cut, I scheduled another appointment with the same stylist. However when I arrived for my appointment on schedule, the receptionist told me «we canceled your appointment, just a half hour ago, after you called to say you couldn’t make it.» I said, «that’s strange because I never called, and I never said I couldn’t make the appointment.» Another strange thing was that they had already filled my slot within a half hour of the call I never made. With no other appointments available, I wasted my time and burned unnecessary fuel to get there. Also, I felt a bit put off by the whole situation hence 1 star.
