Pizza & Wing Factory

The pizza I had ordered was not cooked properly and doughy. I took notice to how these guys operate in the kitchen and a microwave as the main source for heating up toppings is normally a clear indicator to stay away.

Perfect for late night eats… or that time when you bag on plans, bail from a stupid bar or club and opt out for late night TV and snacks with friends. The Wings are awesome.

When all the bars close and this is the one of the few choices you have… and you have the serious drunk munchies… how much better can it get. Convenience, salty fast food, and reasonable prices. I usually get the pizza when I can hardly see straight. I eat it and hope I can crawl back home without, or before my body serves, the infamous second serving.
Not the best, not the worst — but hits the spot.

If you want anything on the nacho mammas menu delivered or just pizza really late this is the place! I already love Nacho mammas and they will deliver me anything on the menu. But if just want late night drunk food the pizza and wing factory has you covered!

During one of the many snow days of the winter of 2013 – 2014 a buddy of mine and I went to Nacho Mama’s and he ordered the sticky wings, which were simply delish! He told me that the connected place next door does carry out and delivery wings and pizza, and that the wings were a standby for many occasions when he and his wife have guests. I had friends over this evening, so I gave it a shot.
I placed a carry out order and walked down to pick it up myself. This is the city, after all! The food consisted of a large Mexican pizza, a small white pizza, and 10-​piece orders of sticky wings, hot wings, and Old Bay wings. The white pizza and the sticky and Old Bay wings were all excellent, the hot wings were okay but not all that spicy (the sticky ones seemed hotter), and the Mexican pizza was pretty good.
The turn around time for the order was pretty quick, and the service at the order/​pick-​up counter was efficient. An enjoyable experience. I’ll be back!

If you actually want your food, then forget about ordering from this place. Delivery should not take 2+ hours.

I will easily say that delivery is a decent version of nacho mamas. But the food was pretty good for takeout! We waited 60 minutes for delivery. I ordered a quesadilla that suffered from being inside a pizza box. The steam killed the crunchiness and my tortilla was soft and a little moist. Would have been great if I popped it in the toaster oven, but was too hungry to wait any longer. The fajita we ordered was also leaking out of the bag.
Mushroom and spinach quesadilla was great! Large and delicious serving. Steak fajita was very juicy and had lots of peppers and onions. Yum yum yum, minus the wait, leak, and moist tortilla, all was good!

This is the delivery portion of Nacho Mama’s. I’ll throw it out there first, I’m not a fan of their pizza. The sauce is too sweet and the crust is too doughy for my taste. I do like their wings. They do a good old bay wing. They fry it for just the right amount of time so you get the crust on the outside and the tender chicken inside. Delivery time is about normal. Prices are cheap and the food is tasty. One of the better delivery places in the area.

Delivery took more than 50 minutes when I could have walked there in 5. At least the pizza was cheap and good.

I used to get pizza and wings from this company all the time and the food was good. However, the customer service is putrid. I ordered once and I got an estimated pick up time of 30 minutes and my wings were not ready. The guy working the counter told me to come back in 10 minutes and I returned in about 15 minutes to encounter the same problem.
Upon my arrival at my townhouse a block up the street, I opened the pizza box and it was cold! I called the shop back and talked to the manager and explained it was unacceptable and something had to be made right. He was headstrong and did nothing to fix the problem and said it was my fault that I came back five minutes later. Pizza does not get freezing cold over five minutes and I explained that if my wings were done in the first place, the pizza wouldn’t have been sitting out so long.
So much as the customer is always right, I’ll take my business elsewhere!
