Tabba Tabba reopened today and they now serve panini sandwiches! They are amazing. I’m so excited that they added these to their menu! They are definitely worth trying.

At first I was thrilled to hear that a little coffee place was opening in my neighborhood. We don’t have much in the way of nice, interesting businesses in our neighborhood — which is very sad because there are so many people in this area who would really love something nice like a coffeehouse, café, lunch spot, etc to walk to. But I digress… Anyway…so I was eager to check this place out. I ended up going to their«open house» or «soft opening» or whatever it was, which was OK. They have a nice space in the back for eating and drinking outside, and for live music. Then I came back for coffee once they were officially open for business. But I was very disappointed. The girl working behind the counter was very sweet. However, the coffee tasted like it had been sitting in the pot for a long time. Instead of milk or half-n-half, they only had those little creamer cups that you get at a diner and don’t need to be refrigerated. The«pastries» looked like they were from Costco. There’s really no need for me to go back here until they take their coffee seriously. Sadly, this just doesn’t feel like a place that is going to last very long.
