Something is wrong when you card 50 year old people, it’s not cute, it’s annoying. If we do come back we won’t be ordering alcohol. Now the meal, wife’s plate came with an empty bowl(suppose to be chili in it but they forgot the chili?). My steak was salty and fatty, was suppose to be medium but came to the table rare.(I have a picture), son’s prime rib came to the table with the au jus was spilled all over the plate soaking the fries(who eats soggy fries). Our server was extremely Hispanic and I’m not sure if she understood everything we said, she repeatedly asked if we wanted more bread and our answer was always no, we only saw her three times and at the end of the meal she gave us four to go containers(not from our table) with peanuts and bread. OMG enough with the bread. I get it cinnamon in the butter, that’s different but please stop pushing the bread. In the end I think we would do better buying the steaks at Costco and doing them up at the house, we might even have bread/buns but the bottom line is you’ll get fed with decent food if you can overlook the rest of it. Adiós(lol)

Came here with two friends during the holidays, our server was Kyle. The complimentary fresh baked bread with the butter is something I’d eat for days. I ordered a hearty cut sirloin, medium rare. Our food took about 20 minutes to come out, which was fine since we went there during the holiday week. The meat was perfect and the sweet potato with butter and sugar was heavenly(and huge!!) Also ordered the Peach Tea Vodka which didn’t really taste much alcohol but that was okay. The chili smells like armpits but if you can get over the smell, it’s amazing. We asked Kyle for the crackers that’s supposed to come with the chili but we never got it– perhaps the place was too busy at the time. Took a star away because the establishment itself was filthy and the girls at the front seemed like they were chatting to each other and had nothing to do.

This place to me has tons of potential that just seems to come up as sub par at best. I’ve been to the establishment on three different occasions. All of which I’ve had issues with the staff, the food, and bill. My food has always came out with a long wait time even for the simplest of things such as appetizers I once watched a table that came in after me eat their entrees while I waited on my buffalo wing appetizer. Would avoid this place so much potential that just doesn’t live up too what it can be.

At first, this place was really good and I enjoy the food and atmosphere but as of the last good couple times I’ve been they just really dropped the ball. The service is mediocre at best. Almost everyone wears a scowl, looks like they don’t wanna be there. Steak is always hit or miss. Can’t cook it at the right temperature. Sides are cold and the waiter doesn’t come around much.

Typical average sports bar. Went in for Sunday dinner and got seated immediately. Unlike the white marsh location last Sunday with a 2 hour wait. Service with our waitress Sky(I love her name) was speedy and excellent. I’ll be a repeat offender of this place even if only for the warm rolls and sweet butter.

Went here and got the chicken fritters. I’ve had them at another Texas roadhouse and they were good. When they got to the table the first thing I noticed was it looked like nothing but batter this time. I ate one and it was really dry, little to no actual meat. I usually don’t complain so I tried eating the rest. I couldn’t. They were terrible and all dry and lacking any meat. Someone else who was with us got the same thing and theirs looked good. Eventually I complained to the waitress and she grabbed the manager. What she said was funny. «Are you sure? Normally our chicken fritters are a little dry». Good to know, I guess. Ended up with another plate that wasn’t AS dry and actually contained chicken instead of deep fried batter.

I wont point fingers since it wasn’t a single point of failure, it was all around. First waited 50 minutes for our food. Second girlfriends steak was cold. Third canned green beans are you F*&^$#n kidding me? Then tried to pay bill which took a additional 45 minutes, and to round and a special night a few of us definitely have after effects the next morning.

We pretty much go here regularly only for their salad with Italian dressing and their rolls with cinnamon butter and chili. While there usually is a wait, we always do call ahead seating. The service is just so so. The steaks for some reason always have to be sent back because they are usually either overcooked or way undercooked. The prices are decent and if you go before 6 there are several items that are on the 8.99 dinner special.

I will have to pass on ever going back to this establishment. The service was horrible, the management was lacking in abilities and the food was not impressive at all. We called ahead for seating, we showed up at the prescribed times but still spend an hour to be seated. Once we sat down we ordered drinks(both alcohol and non-alcohol based drinks). The waitress continuously confused our table with another table. As a result we keep getting another table’s drink orders. After bringing this to the wait staff’s attention 3 times it still was not corrected. We had to locate management at which time it was addressed. We then ordered appetizers and like the drinks we ran into the same issue again. We got another tables appetizers and we informed the wait staff it was not ours. They replied«Oh, well I guess it’s yours now!» We located the table next to us and it was their food. We made sure they got their ordered food. This happened again and again to the point where we decided we didn’t want appetizers any more. This was brought to the attention of the management again but they didn’t seem concerned. Our main course was ordered and just when you thought the confusion was corrected we were wrong. We ended up getting another table’s dinner order. We explained that to the wait staff this was not even close to what we ordered but they told us we were wrong. We ordered ribs but they continuously told us we were wrong. Once again we located the table for the wait staff that the food actually belonged too. Luckily for us that table had our food and we swapped plates. The food was luke warm, the cheese from the potatoes wasn’t melted. It was still cold, like it had just been taken from the fridge and thrown on the plate as it was going out. The drinkers were loaded with ice, stingy with the alcohol(below an standard size serving of alcohol) and charged $ 7.95. The drinks were consumed in about 3 sips if that. When it came to bill we were beyond floored. Not only did we get billed for what we actually ordered but we got bill for every wrong item they brought to the table, drinks and main courses from the other tables. We asked for management and took them a while to figure out to fix the bill for they were not acquainted properly with the point of sale system they had. Once the bill was corrected we had two $ 50 gift cards. They swiped one of them twice. Needless to say after the second swipe it declined. I told the waitress she swiped the same gift card twice causing it to be obviously declined twice. She confiscated both cards and put the balance on my credit card for the whole bill. She was rude, demeaning and made me feel like I was trying to pull a scam. After getting management involved and explained it to them in detail they fixed it. As a result my credit card was billed twice for their mistake. They discovered that they did scan 1 of the gift cards twice causing it of course to be declined the second time swiped. They swiped the other gift card to discover it did have $ 50 on it as I have been stating the whole time. After being treated like criminal for 20 minutes they apologized, realizing they were wrong. This location is brand new and it is the blind leading the blind. I wouldn’t come back even if they paid me too. I prefer to eat at places where they get things right the first time and are not treat like criminals. We were told it would not be like this again. We returned one more time to see how they improved. Our waitress the second time was young and confused. She seemed more concerned with texting back and forth on her cell phone. Since I noticed the distraction I started timing her. It took her 16 minutes to ask what we wanted to drink. It took her 11 minutes to bring us sodas and she forgot my beer I had ordered. It took her an additional 12 minutes to bring the forgotten beer. She went back to texting, it then took her 14 minutes to come back, take our order for our dinner, she left and came back 16 minutes later to ask what would we like for dinner. We informed her we ordered with her 16 minutes and was shown the timer on the phone. She didn’t recall taken our order. Our dinner came out 29 minutes later. We never saw our waitress again till we go the bill. No refills with our sodas or beverages. Pathetic and horrible customer service. If they actually gave more time and attention I would of spent upwards of $ 150 in drinks for our family party.

Hit or big miss. Sometimes good sometimes terrible. Tonight ordered slab of ribs(pick-up) my half looked undercooked and second slab was tough over spiced and hard. Definitely cooked at different times. Also gave me kids mac and cheese instead of adult type they have.

My friend and I came here on Tuesday. We called ahead for seating and only had about a 10 minute wait. The dinner started off great, the coke was good, and the bread was warm. We ordered the shrimp appetizer, which had a good kick to them. However when our chili and steaks came it was another story. The chili tasted like it only had chili powder added for its flavor, and had no kick or zest to it. Our steaks had no flavor, and was extremely bland. When our waiter asked if everything was okay, we told him it had no flavor and we were told that’s strange, because he usually gets good reviews and brought us the check. This was not worth the time and money, in fact we could have saved money by going to Longhorn around the corner.

We came on a Friday night. Arrived at 5:30. Had a 45 minute wait. When finally seated we already knew what we wanted. By 6:50 we were eating. The steak was excellent. Everything we ordered was great. Our server Nikki was great also. My only complaint it that is it rather loud in there and sometimes it felt like we were getting yelled at. Overall a very nice experience.

I had dinner here for the first time on 6÷14÷15 the ribs I had we’re excellent better than Friday’s in me and my mother’s opinion… I had a frozen margarita sangria which was good also. The only con was the place was freezing and by it being that cold I couldn’t finish my cold drink lol. People were literally in sweaters and jackets cause it was so cold made it a little uncomfortable to eat but I would go again but the next time I’ll be bundled up.

Texas Roadhouse is a fantastic chain known for its choice of steak and fun atmosphere. What happens when you take western motif and lower blue collar urban etiquette? You have Dundalk roadhouse. Pleasant hostess and inattentive wait staff. Without an entrance wait I still sat for 20+ minutes and called the main number and ordered a waitress to our table… 5 minutes later a manager still never visited to make a bad experience better. Poor Lynn had to face the fire(wonder person) and our order was taken and our drinks arrived. My son who is a Shirley Temple connoisseur of kids drinks… was served a drink without a cherry. Not a big deal; however, a staple of the drink. Angel, who’s is perfectly named, a smile with every visit. The rest of the meal went without problems… Food was as expected and Lynn and Angel did their best to make a bad experience better.

chicken critters were awesome. Whatever they use for the batter is undeniably delicious. Caesar salad was creamy and severed very cold. I loved it. My fiancé had no complaints about his steak and it was cooked to perfection. I would not recommend the rice. It was not edible in my opinion. I would take that off the menu or change the recipe. The waitress was very friendly and polite. She forgot a couple minor things like, lemon not in the tea, loaded backed potato when asked for plain, and didn’t get my salad until I reminded her at the end because I wanted it «to go». She was apologetic and her kindness made up for it. Normally I’d give 3⁄5 stars but, I know if I would have mentioned it she would have made corrections. If you have severe peanut allergies I would not risk entering. Complimentary peanuts means shells and dust everywhere. The rolls are great, if your not a fan of the butter ask for plain whipped!

The service was great very friendly and not a long wait for your food. Came right in and was seated right away. The wait staff was awesome. Our waitress was Kimberly and she was great. So go and eat and enjoy
