Got an RV propane tank refill here. The employees that helped me were very friendly and busting their butts to help the many customers that were being served. I got propane pumped into my tank, the price was $ 1.50 cheaper than Exxon and we didn’t get blown to smithereens! If they had a Tiki bar in the middle of the parking lot, I’d have given them a five!

Do not rent a U-​Haul Truck! I rented a 26ft truck for a move this past Memorial Day weekend and it was a really piece of junk! I should have known I was in for trouble when the truck wouldn’t start and needed a jump start. Once they got the truck running… they told me to keep it running for at least 20 minutes. I did this and the truck always took several attempts to get the engine to turn over. In addition, the truck’s left tail light and turn signal were out. Finally, the truck broke down on I-​95 because the Transmission died (I couldn’t go faster than 10 miles per hour on a major highway). I had to wait over 2 hours to have U-Haul’s Roadside assistance pick me and the truck up.
I called U-Haul’s customer service and demanded a full refund ($ 232.15). U-​Haul took two day’s to get back to me and when they did they only offered me a $ 30 discount. I told them this wasn’t good enough and I wouldn’t be satisfied unless I received a full refund. They then increased their offer to $ 50, which was quite insulting. I again explained everything that happened and told them $ 50 will not satisfy me. U-​Haul called me back offering $ 100 off. I again explained everything that happened and Customer Service representative told me that the most they could offer was 50% off and I had to either take it or leave it. So I took the 50% off but I’m still not satisfied. The customer service is horrendous and they don’t care about the safety or opinions of their customers! DO NOT RENT FROM U-​HAUL!
