The service today was the best service I’ve had at this airport. I know others have had problems, as have I at other places and at other times. Today, though, the employee was sweet and very efficient.

Nasty people. As I waiting in line, this young lady waited she served the customer then quickly said we are closed… umm okay. So I go next door to subway. As I order another group comes up and orders. Guess what she took their order. I Walked back and she would not acknowledge me. Crap service, maybe it was racial, I don’t know but anyway you look at it if you are closed, okay you are closed. Don’t be selective in who you sell too. Yeah I’m pissed, no need for this type of stuff in this world. Time 10pm only gal working there. If that was my employee they would not be an employee.

There was one friendly and courteous woman out of the three working the front. If you’ve had Villa pizza, you know what to expect; however, I got a slice of the spinach/broccoli, which was decent until I bit in to a piece of wood! WTH?! If I was at a restaurant I would complain, but at the airport that would mean getting back in the long, confusing line.

I mean, what should I have expected from a fast food pizza restaurant… In an airport… In Baltimore… The service was absolutely horrendous. Rude, belligerent, unprofessional. The elderly couple ahead of us was berated and asked about 5 times if they had paid. By the cashier that had just checked them out… That they answered each time«yes» to… There wasn’t a single positive from this brief experience. Disgusting. I’d rather go hungry.

The crew that make the pizza did not show up. So cashiers are standing there looking stupid as hell

I ate before reading the bad reviews. I actually thought it was pretty good. They heat up the slice when you order… back in the pizza oven so it’s got a nice crisp on the bottom but still a nice chew. Great service… I added a Greek salad and the dude saw he was down to the last stuff in his tray… Still enough to fill a bowl. But he chose to go get a new full tray… Very cool and not what you typically get from airport workers. Big thumbs up. Salad was fresh and good. I’d go back for sure.

Oddly, Villa Pizza serves the healthiest breakfast at this terminal. They serve scrambled eggs,(well seasoned!) home fries, bacon, sausage and fresh fruit till 10:30am. Get your order to go so you can torture your seatmate on the flight with the great smell!

Don’t ever eat here. Did once and had stomach pain on the flight home. Should have been tipped off when the dude threw away half of the Stromboli while I was in line. Terrible place.

Not bad, not amazing. What I expected for the amount I paid. A little on the greasy side. Wish I would have gone for the sandwich joint next door.

Disgusting. A quick option so I could get back to my beer. I should’ve drank more beer. The pizza was pre cooked, given, so he threw it in the oven. I don’t think the oven was on. The cashier had dirty hands. STAYAWAY!!!

What a joke! They have items listed on the menu that they don’t even have! How tacky. I love chicken parm and they discontinued that ages ago yet you still see it plastered on their menu. The meatballs are bland. They suck. Oh wait, their garlic rolls are damn good.

Ehh. It’s airport pizza. Not as bad as bowling alley pizza, but close. Whatever. It did the trick after the tomfuckery that was the Southwest ticketing counter and TSA, last weekend. I wish they sold beer.

I was at BWI making a connection and this was the quickest choice for a hot meal… what a horrible piece of pie. The cheese was bland, the crust was chewy, I can not believe restaurants like these stay in business… Maybe because they pray on passengers that come and go… no repeat business needed… LOL…

Honestly — not a half-bad breakfast. I got scrambled eggs with mushrooms and spinach, a side of bacon, and a hash brown. It wasn’t the best breakfast I have ever had, but it was the best of the options at BWI. Staff-wise, it’s typical of airports: not the friendliest, but not rude… just rushed. Still, if you need something hot and fresh in the morning, Villa Pizza is a good bet.
