This store location is very convenient to my office and is in a prime area to get tons of business. The staff all seem to be pretty nice and Mr. Tony in the pharmacy is very knowledgable and accommodating. I wish I could give more stars, but this store stays low on stock, esp. on weekly sale items and don’t bother with greeting cards other than for birthdays and upcoming holidays. It’s unfortunate because the store stays busy with business.

Along with other reviewers, I don’t generally care enough about my drugstore experience to write a review. But, this Walgreens sucks so bad, I feel compelled to steer people towards other drugstores just out of principle. I don’t mind too much in isolation that cashiers have just decided to stop ringing people up, or ring other people up who are after me in line just because they seem to recognize them; or that there is generally one person actually at a register while a handful of other employees mill about as a lunchtime rush line builds up; or even that when I’ve ordered photo prints through the app, I’ve stood in the back for pickup, hours after I get an email that said prints are ready, waiting literally for 45 minutes before any staff member will actually help me, only to find that they haven’t been printed; or, hey, that half of my photo print orders don’t even get processed… even though I get confirmation emails that they are done; oh, or that my husband’s prescription(which we got a confirmation was filled) was not even in the system. No, it’s just the fact that it ALL happens at one place. It’s not just circumstantial. I’m not sure whether to hate on the management, the company, or just the individual staff members, but what a sorry excuse for a business. It’s a drugstore, guys. I’ve worked in retail before and it’s pretty remarkable to see literally every single employee doing a poor job. Oh, I forgot — the time they messed up on my husband’s prescription, they argued for ten minutes with a sad, ill, poor older man about his complaints that his prescription(upon which his basic health probably relied) was WRONG, only to finally admit that it was their mistake, after publicly berating him. Really, really toxic place. Just go to CVS on Light Street. I don’t even know if it’s good, but it’s close enough by and I can’t imagine it’s this bad. Good lord.

Store is poorly stocked. Even the beverages were half empty. There’s only one cashier so plan on waiting in line, even at 7PM. The cashier seemed to have an edge, but she was actually very nice. Definitely below average a far as Walgreens go, but it serves its purpose.

Typically, I would never review a Walgreens I only went to twice but I’ve never experienced a Walgreens like this before. Upon entering, you wouldn’t even think you were in a drugstore as there is barely anything on the shelves and everything seems incredibly dirty. They could definitely do a better job keeping the store clean — I have no doubts about that. My wife wanted to get something that you can get in pretty much any drugstore, but they didn’t have it here. I did also stop in to get cough drops and they had those. When I’m back in Baltimore, I will make sure to make my drugstore stop elsewhere. Some of the customers in the store were pretty interesting, too, to say the least. I won’t be back.

Dirty, rude associates, and a manager who accosted me for daring to use coupons. Never again. Too many alternative choices in the area(CVS, Rite Aid) to have to put up with such a horrific atmosphere. Walgreens needs to shut this location down.

Good location. Employees seemed to recognize each other and not their guests. One check out lane? Come on guys get better check out service. I did not buy anything because of this.
