Fake reviews…” Watch out Unilocalers! These people can’t take any honest criticism. Apparently If you don’t love this store, they will threaten you with legal action. Slander? Criminal? I don’t think so… A negative Unilocal review doesn’t even come close to that. Always funny when people who don’t know the law try to make it up. Please report me for leaving an honest Unilocal review. I’m VERY glad my previous review called attention to the shops insensitivities. The tapestry I mentioned has since been removed(I wonder why???). I have no vendetta towards the owners of this shop, I have no idea who they are. REVIEWS from owners/their friends are SO fake. Who«stumbles in» anywhere, b/c of the great«signage» and«indoor merchandizing»? good thing they«gladly found» the parking(right in front of the shop). HAHAHA. OWNERS have also emailed me and they are the same people who leave glowing reviews. Bad liars. See previous review.

I live in Mount Washington and am happy to see this new addition to the neighborhood. Wishbone Reserve is. . I am not sure how to describe it. Not quite antiques, not quite trinkets, not overly high or low quality items, but just a bunch of mostly fun stuff for the house. From kitsch items to nicer glassware, the place is worth a visit. I have stopped in a couple of times, have made some small purchases, and enjoyed looking around. Typically I try not to get involved in the disputes of others, but I see there is some reviewer with a serious bone to pick. Based upon his several reviews, I assume he will just accuse me of being the owner. I invite people to look at my other reviews to demonstrate I am not. With that said, I walk by this store regularly and the only insulting tapestry I have seen is some hideous Steven Seagal wall-sized blanket. Man, that hurts the eyeballs. But no need to take my word for it; come by yourself and make up your own mind.

One of my new favorites! Awesome vintage finds-kitchenware, decoratives, memorabilia, clothes, jewelry and furniture. Great place for unique gifts and fun things to get for yourself, too. I got a super cute cat teapot(yes…they exist!) made in China circa pre-industrial period for $ 16, an old Bingo set with wooden pieces for $ 6, and a few other gifts for family and friends recently. Reasonable prices, friendly owners and parking. Definitely better than some vintage places in Hampden!

This is not a ‘junk store’. You can tell these girls work very hard to gather and provide cool, quality vintage at a reasonable price. Julie and Athena are very knowledgable about their merchandise and it’s obvious they enjoy doing what they do. Friendly, fun, done.

I absolutely adore Wishbone Reserve for many reasons! Not only are the ladies who operate it very knowledgeable of what goods they sell but are as sweet as can be. I have a very hard to shop for family member but I always come to wishbone because the owners will always help me find the right gift. Wishbone has a wide selection of unique items at various prices. The layout of the shop is also very nice, clean and easy to look at items without feeling clustered and very well curated. Every time I’ve visited there is something fun, sassy, classy, and new to look at!

Great shop. Every time I go there, interesting new items have been added. I walk around and explore everything. Just a warm, fun place! Great holiday items, too. You never know what you’ll discover there.

I first stumbled into Wishbone Reserve after seeing a very large, well designed sign go up, close to my neighborhood. After figuring out that there is indeed a parking lot, off to the side I was sold. The large, extremely well merchandised vintage store really has something for everyone. Antique Jewelry? Yep! Super cool nick nacks for your home, they have you covered. Vintage dresses… oh the dresses are amazing, maybe I will fit into them one day! I did, with the help of co-owner Julie, find an awesome reversible swing coat the other day that I love! I have also bought a vintage beaded evening bag and a small antique bottle for my antique bottle collection. Soon, when I have a bigger house, I hope to buy some furniture from them, because every time I stop in the store there is a new, mid century modern piece that makes me drool. Overall, Wishbone is a great, local vintage option! I can’t wait to go back!
