Lock Doctors

This is the only locksmith to go to if you want knowledgeable and honest and excellent service. He doesn’t tell you how wonderful he is. He shows you. If you’re not accessible, or not in town, he takes care of the job and let’s you know when it’s done. I asked him to install a digital lock. He did and emailed me the instructions. My tenants were thrilled. I’ll never lose access to my house, again.

Very responsive and courteous. I locked myself out of the house, and when I called, he said he was on a job other side of town, but would be wrapping up soon, and be at my home in 30 minutes. He called when on the way, and when he showed up, was very efficient. Not that I plan to leave my keys in the house again, but if I did, I know who to call. His number is now in my Iphone.

Professional, courteous and does a great job, what more could you want in a locksmith?! Michael has worked on our desk lock, entry doors, changed out doorknobs, and even made keys for our car. He researched our desk lock to find the right parts and came back to finish the job. He’s been great! I won’t use anyone else and highly recommend him!

We got a last-​minute call from the owner of a retail property we manage in Akron (our management company is in California) saying that he was going to be in the area today and wanted to get in. The tenant had vacated the property and hadn’t returned the keys to us. I chose Lock Doctors based on the good reviews on Unilocal.I was fortunate to reach Michael at Lock Doctors while he was between appointments. He was able to pick up a lockbox for me and re-​key all the doors and set up the lockbox with the new keys in it. Everything was there waiting for the owner when he showed up a couple of hours later. Michael even alerted us to a broken window and emailed me a picture of the damage. I HIGHLY recommend this company, especially for property managers.

I got myself locked out and Michael got me back in under 15 minutes without any damage to the lock. He is for sure the real deal. He was so nice and chatted with me while he worked. He also kept me updated on his ETA and found my condo easily (it’s not easy to find).
I’m in town for a family loss, so having someone treat you nicely when you are in a jam goes a long long way. Definitely call this kind man when you are in need!

I locked myself out of my house twice this week… TWICE! Both times Michael showed up & got the door opened in under an hour. The 2^nd time I was sitting by the door waiting & Michael pulled up. He couldn’t see me right away, he looked at the house, looked at his paperwork & looked at the house again. With a puzzled look on his face, he got back in his car and started to back out of the driveway. I jumped up to catch him before he drove away. I explained to Micheal he was at was at the right place. We both laughed, and he got the door open quicker the 2^nd time… I guess practice makes perfect! I highly recommend them.
