When lice hit my son’s family, Shiny Strands made a very stressful situation much more bearable. The shop has DVD players so the children are occupied for the long process of combing out the lice. They even provide drinks and snacks! The women are so calm and matter of fact that the «ick» factor of lice is diminished. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in a similar situation.
