Never again! Scheduled and appointment a week in advance, they show up a hour and a half late, no call. I called them to find out why they’re late. When the di arrive, the open my car and start looking around. No one came to the door. Had it not been for my dogs freaking out, we wouldn’t have known they were here. Then they tell us they have the wrong glass. I told them many times the type of car and features, but still the wrong glass. I called the office to complain and got the«oh, whatever» attitude. No offers to make it right or anything. They said they could come back out sometime next week. Nope, found someone else and they were a little less expensive. I will never recommend glass doctors or call again.

they are a shady business. i placed an order with them 3 weeks ago. they said they would get the windows installed by the 10th of February. On Monday, the 4th, i called to check on the status and Gabby said she or Matt was going to call me back. no call. I called back tuesday, again Gabby or Matt was supposed to call me back. no call. i called on wednesday, jennifer said she or matt was going to call. still no status. was told to call back thursday. thursday, the 7th, i called again, said that they couldn’t install by the 10th but the windows are being delivered on Friday, the 8th. I threatened to cancel the order but told Matt I’ll call back after he said he will«have to bite the bullet.» i called back a couple hours later telling them i will go through with the order and scheduled the install for Saturday the 16th. oI called back Friday, the 8th to reschedule it for sometime during the week since my mom and brother are in town. they said they were booked but the only available appointment was friday the 15th at 9 – 9:30am. I told them I’ll call them right back since I want to make sure my mom or brother will be able to be there. I called glass doctor back right away once i confirmed my mom was going to be there. Marsha scheduled me and I asked her if it’s confirmed and she said yes. On Tuesday, I took a day off to go out with my family since they are visiting and Matt happened to stop by to measure my windows. He said it was for the trims and confirmed the install on friday. I said ok. Thursday afternoon I get a voicemail from Jennifer saying because i kept cancelling and rescheduling they were not going to be able to install my windows tomorrow and to call back to reschedule. they said because on thursday the day before the scheduled delivery i cancelled matt called to stop production and the windows are not ready. how are they not ready when it takes two weeks to make them? even if i did cancelled which i didnt, the windows would have already been made by thursday if they are scheduled to be delivered on Friday. these people have no integrity and no pride in the customer service they provide. i will never do business with glass doctor ever again.
