Started out as a good experience. I took my glasses in to have them repaired. The woman helping me told me it was possible and that there would be a small fee with the replacement part. I agreed to the service, left my phone number, and left the store. More than four hours later, I called the store to see if the glasses had been repaired yet. She told me to come on in. When I arrived, she informed me that as she was making a last minute adjustment, she broke my frames beyond repair. She apologized sincerely but told me that I could purchase a new pair of frames that my current lenses would fit, or I could buy a new pair of glasses for full price. I was disappointed with this response.
