Went for dinner ordered the porterhouse it was great. My wife likes wine she didn’t know what kind she wanted so they brought her several different kinds as a sample. Very friendly and comfortable place.

Great service. All of the wait staff seamed very attentive to not just their own tables but others. We ordered the steak and shrimp which was cooked the way we requested. It could use some more seasoning. The shrimp was a bit bland as well. The baked potato and okra was good. Green beans were just ok. Clean restaurant and restroom. Noise level is a bit high.

For a steak house in Bartlesville. I’d say this one is decent. Especially for the price and service. I came in with a party of 10. Service was decent. We had ordered steaks, fried catfish and chicken. Salads were ok except I would have liked some tomatoes and more than 2croutons. But over all the salad was a decent size. I had the chicken Oscar with crab and shrimp on top. Crab was surprisingly good although I would have liked more on the chicken. Same with the shrimp. Nevertheless I enjoyed my meal. Great mashed potatoes and gravy and fried sides. Desserts are a must when you go there. Next time I go I’ll have to try the chicken fried steak!

Owner lies to waiters as his wife and children work there. Force waiter to enter tips on credit cards as cash making it look like you made twice as much. Two different children worked both were treated poorly. Food is not that great and is over priced unless on the lunch menu pricing. Does not pay as promised wage 4 hours makes less than 5 an hour with tips.

This is a favorite place for us. They have the best shrimp cocktail in town and good lunch specials. I highly recommend it.

Took my parents to dinner at Tumbleweeds last night. I won’t eat there again. I ordered the large ribeye steak cooked medium rare. My steak was so tough and tasteless I couldn’t eat it. I ate my salad and baked potato. The waitress noticed I had not eaten my steak but instead of asking me if there was a problem, she asked if she could take my plate. I asked for the manager. I explained to him what the problem was. He apologized and said he would remove the charge from my check. Then, another person came over, asked what the problem was and said she would take care of it. When she returned, she said she had called the owner and would be taking $ 5.00 off my check for a $ 19.99 steak I couldn’t eat. I would not have minded paying $ 5.00 for the salad and baked potato but I seriously only ate a few bites of the steak before I couldn’t take another bite of it. It was THAT bad. This is not good customer service. This sounds like a business that is in trouble.

We went in on a Saturday night and it wasn’t busy at all. Our appetizers arrived hot and fresh. The sampler was huge, even for the four of us. The men had T-bones that were cooked perfectly. My stuffed steak wasn’t on the menu but our waitress got it for me. It was delish! The pork chops were terrific. Absolutely, fork tender. The service was great. We will be back!

Not good experience this time. Absolutely the smallest chicken breast I have seen. Much smaller than what would be in a sandwich at Wendy’s etc – 3.5″ long at best. Stuffing was ok – bacon, chiles, feta, but the breast itself was tiny and dry, just laying there on a plate with a baked potato. No garnish. Nothing.(one melon-ball of butter and one melon ball of sour cream for the potato.) After a long wait, they informed me they were out of orange juice – so no screwdriver. Then even later they asked if I wanted a lime with the substitute gin and tonic. Is that really optional? Tonic was flat. Wife’s Long Island ice tea was strong enough to knock over a sailor. Both drinks arrived midway through dinner. Place was NOT busy, so that was not the excuse. Wife had chicken Alfredo, which was so-so. Not real cheesy – sort of brown as if it was made out of a broth or something. Our waiter was young and nice, and there was no use complaining to him. He did his best. Overall a most strange and unusual dining experience. We did like our salads and the dressing, however!

If you’re looking for home cooking this is a great place to eat. Try the stuffed steak and scalloped corn. Mmm mmm good. Make sure you ask for rolls.
