LOL ! What a bunch of characters!

Avoid this place. We took a vehicle out for a test drive. It pulled very badly to one side and thumped as though there was a flat. We drove for 30 seconds and turned around. We were told that it had gone through the shop and that everything was okay. If there’s anything else to fix, we’ll fix it, but you have to put a deposit down first — then we will fix it. Without prompting he told us that he has three or four other cars at the shop with deposits on them, and that they were his first priority so we would have to wait.
No — we don’t have to wait. We took our business elsewhere. You should, too.

I read the other reviews and I don’t know who Paul is… the only people we have dealt with have been Andy and Cats (not sure if that is how he spells his name.) In less than a year, we have bought two vans from them. Although these are far from perfect vehicles, we were allowed to take them to a mechanic and have them checked out. Both vans came with new inspection stickers and we are happy with both. This is the first time in my life (I am over 60) that I have bought two vehicles from the same used car dealer and am looking forward to buying another. ASK questions and have the car checked by a mechanic. These guys at Intervale will tell you what they know if you ask. They are not mind-​readers but have not misled us so far. Would recommend!

Paul from intravale, i did not come with mechanic the pickup the truck so that is your first lie in your response. Your price was not even close to half the retail peice of that truck, it was in poor physical condition which put it at 4800 at the time which was basically exactly what I paid. Your employee showed me actual PAPERWORK that the truck was just gone through which i found out it was later forged. By you saying we cant control anything for 11 months after is saying all your cars will die 11 months which isnt bad. I understand its an AS IS sale that is why your not being sued right now and if you were out of MA right now you would have refunded my money and I highly doubt youd still be in business. The point of my comments is to help hardworking people avoid a «business» like this, that is the beauty of online reviews, the community can help each other. Paul I have endless paperwork I can post if you want to see the actaul facts rather than what you think they are to try and make you look better. You are obviously not an actual criminal, at least not to my knowledge, it is simply an expression that is used when a buyer purchases something under false information. There is nothing more true than what im putting in this review and id be happy to explain this experience to anyone interested. I have 5 vehicles and have never had an experience like this.

I wish there was an option for no stars. I drive an hour to this place to find out that they put up a miss-​leading ad online. They had a Volvo for sale for cheap. i understand you get what you pay for but when they show pic’s of a car that works and is titled «Runs and Drives» it should do just that. Not when i show up there and i see it and it has all flat tires a hanging bumber and the kid told me its just a parts car. Well what the hell is the ad doing online saying it runs and drives. I was so upset that I waisted my day off to deal with mis-​leading advertisments from this company. Im so mad this review is the edited version cause im sure the language I want to use isnt allowed.
