Panera Bread was overall good. Food was fast. BUT when i picked up my order from counter my salad did not come with the piece of bread. So i went back to the counter and told the lady that there was no bread. She RUDELY teared off the piece of bread and gave it to me.

My first time ordering something other than a smoothie was today. I had the Thai Chicken Wonton Bowl. It was awful! First the amount of food I had in the bowl amounted to nothing if I would have stuck my finger in the bowl the broth would have barely covered my knuckle. I took a bite it was sooooo bland! It only had about 4 wontons in it and a sprinkle of broccoli. All for the awesome price of $ 9.87! I really wanted this dish to be tasty. You would think with all the sodium in it it would have tasted betterThe young lady taking care of the dining area was nice enough to take it back for me, when the manager gave me my money back he offered no apologies or explanation. I will not be ordering food from here again. At the prices they charge I expect better. The girl who took our order was rude & impatient. Disappointed in my experience there today.

Best place to go for a great salad. I haven’t tried many of the sandwiches because I started a diet about the time they built one near me but they are pretty good too. The deserts and pastries look and smells delicious but I haven’t tried any of them.
The power green smoothie is the best I’ve ever had though.

It has been years since I have been this satisfied with a Panera. The service was incredibly friendly. Loved the selection of food and how quickly our food was ready during lunch rush. To top it off the food was flavorful and filling. Great experience all around and will be happy to return soon.

Love this Panera! The kid friendly area is genius and make my kids like Panera even more! The main seating area isn’t my favorite as far as Paneras go but to me the kid area makes up for that. All my food has been good and the usual Panera fare. I have had friendly service every time. Only other downside is the limited parking but so far I’ve always been able to get a spot, just barely.

2 out 3 orders we have called in were incomplete. The sandwiches were called in for 6:10 and we arrived at 6:11 to pick them up. They were cold. Nothing like some cold, slimy, caramelized onions on your sandwich. I guess that’s our punishment for customizing the order? I feel like we paid 25 bucks for a barely edible meal. Maybe you get better service/​quality when you «dine» in because they know you might complain to their faces as opposed to over the phone? It’s a sad state of affairs when a McDonalds gives your order more attention. We are very disappointed and will not be returning.

Not only did I have a great experience waiting for my to go order today the sweet man that prepared my order included a wonderful surprise in my bag, a frosted cookie and those are my favorite!!!

I like the Panera food. This one has a drive-​thru. The service was friendly enough but a bit slow out of the gate. It’s a new store though. The chicken tortellini Alfredo is delicious. Try it with a half chicken Cobb with avocado salad for a full meal. It’s delicious. The dining area is spacious and open with high ceilings but still warm and inviting. I had a much better meal here than expected.

I came in the other day and the girls up front were so nice and helpful and looked genuinely happy to be there. It’s so great to come somewhere where you can tell they like coming to work. I got the bacon turkey sandwich for the first time and it was amazing. I love that they have a little window where you can see them making your food.

I was so excited to have a Panera near me with a drive-​thru, y’all! However, my excitement quickly faded when they failed to get a simple order correct. Of course, I didn’t notice until I got home and opened the kid’s chicken noodle soup to feed my toddler only to find it was tomato soup. WHY??? Of all orders to mess up, why did it have to be the tiny human’s? The nice lady at the drive-​thru repeated my order correctly and everything. I didn’t even consider ordering tomato soup (we ordered loaded baked potato soup, a Caesar salad, and a kid’s chicken noodle soup). Everything else was up to Panera standards. LOVE the organic and free range goodness available. Love the drive-​thru option! Will not drive off without thoroughly checking my order next time.

I have wanted a toasted Cinnamon Toast Crunch bagel with honey walnut cream cheese so many mornings but did not stop because I did not want to get out of the car! Now I do not have to!
I love all of their baked goods and have always received fresh food and great service. Their salads leave a little to be desired so I prefer to go elsewhere to get more for money.
