Joy of Living Creative Interior

Let me start by saying i deal with lauren. The items she had selected go beautifully in my house. Her taste deserves 5 stars. Here are the problems: she suggested a couch that looks great but knew i had a dog. Couch is 7 months old and already has snags in the fabric. Prior to me buying it, i asked her many times about the dog. Next i bought a table and area rug. The first time they delivered it, table was damaged and it was the wrong rug. (Ok mistakes happen i understand) second time it was delivered, table knobs not on right and rug is damaged (either wrong color yarn or yarn bleached out) suppose to be green in certain areas but its cream color. Called and left a voice mail. Maybe i am from the old school (in my 40, s) but she emailed me during day time hours telling me that she got my voicemail and that dana the owner would be in touch with me. I guess she was to busy to call me This all started on a thursday. Have yet to hear from anyone and the store is opened on fridays and saturdays. My two sisters currently use lauren and my mom did also. I think having 4 clients with in one family deserves a little bit more attention than the average joe. (i am not a snob)
