I usually do a lot of window shopping and price comparing but after a 15 minute visit with Haley, the store manger I bought not one but three twin bed sets. I knew the quality I was looking for and won‘t settle for less and I needed great prices. Haley was understanding and professional. Her service will keep us coming back.

Service was excellent. Tim was friendly and knowledgeable. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Prices were reasonable and we were able to take advantage of a President’s Day sale. Even though this location didn’t have the particular mattress we purchased, Tim was able to track one down for us quickly and only about a 30 minute drive away. Will definitely come back when its time to replace our mattresses.

From my initial phone inquiry to the final sale, Tim was friendly and professional. I felt like his top priority was to make my husband and I happy, not make a sale or push us to a higher priced mattress. He was very knowledgable, and I’d gladly refer friends and family to this location because of him.

Talk about ‘sticker price shock’ ! Beds are really expensive these days. They are a huge investment. Pushy sales people don’t help the shopping experience either. That’s why I liked this store. Tim was nice, helpful, and patient. After purchasing a mattress and deciding it was not comfortable for me, he made it easy to exchange and to find the right one for me. Thank you. Getting a good night sleep has made a huge difference in my grump factor.
