Very disappointed with this location. They told us we had to wait 20 mins before we could order a sandwich. Reason for this was that a worker was leaving and they had to count all the bread… WTH never heard of this! Wrote a complaint to Subway directly. This is not good customer service if you ask me. Decided not to wait, went somewhere else to eat.

I work at the airport and I used to come here, since it is right next door. The service is awful and my pizza looks like someone puked on it, it was very messy. The owner needs to hire new staff because everyone there hates there job. I won’t be coming back here ever.

I probably should have looked at reviews before but it was the closest thing to the airport. Couldn’t agree more. This might be the most unfriendly subway, ever. Let’s be honest — the employees are just rude. For the sandwich itself — the bread was falling apart as I ate it, the guacamole isn’t fresh and neither are the veggies. The lad who added my condiments couldn’t have even gone out of her way to make a more ugly and messy sandwich if she tried. Won’t be coming back to this one and hope I don’t get sick. I stopped eating the sandwich halfway through.

They’re quick but the most unfriendly Subway staff I’ve ever encountered. Typical Subway experience: «Hi, what can I get you?» This Subway: «Next?» I’ve been here at least a dozen times and have experienced the same service each time.

Love my Italian with provolone, on wheat. Girls here are nice. Foot long definitely hits the spot. ^_^ Love&Rockets –Lauren

Helped some friends move to Bastrop today(first mistake?), we decided to pick up some sandwiches before hauling mounds of furniture into the new place. Immediately I noticed things were moving miiiiigggghhhhhttttyyyy slow in there. The guy behind the counter had a little too many puffs before throwing on his artist gloves, if yaknowwhatimean. When our sandwiches were being made, a line of about 10 people long was forming. The guy continued to take his sweeeeeet(duuuuuuuuude, sweeeeeeeeeeet) time. At one point, Mr. Arteest stopped making our sandwiches, looked at the 4th guy in line and yelled«Alriiiiight! Another stoner! What’s up dude!» 4th guy in line seemed stunned and didn’t respond. Arteest then proceeded to not make our sandwiches and continued to yell at the guy«dude! Pot leaf! On your shoulder! Yeeeeeeah! That’s what I’m talking ’bout!»(4th guy had a pot leaf tattoo on his shoulder). Shocked. I really could not believe what had just transpired. Neither could grandma and grandpa in line behind us, as well as the family with kids in the back of the line. The guy was so high, he saw a pot leaf and was mesmerized. Like a moth to a flame. Like a fish to a shiny object. Like… like… who am I kidding? This was unlike anything I’ve seen before. Anyhoo… about 15 minutes later we finally had our sandwiches and were on our way. «Welcome to Bastrop!»

I’m not much of a Subway fan in general, though I appreciate that they provide a certain service to the community. I’m just reviewing them as a wedding vendor, so that I have a more complete list. So we wanted to have Indian food from Star of India in Austin at our wedding reception, and that’s what we did. But we were mindful of the fact that we both had older people, children, etc. coming in for the wedding, as well as others who might not be familiar with Indian food and either might not want to try it, or might not like it once they did try it, and we didn’t want them to go hungry, or to eat up all of our wedding cake/wedding cheese in retaliation. We came up with the idea of ordering some sandwich trays from subway. So we went in a couple of days before the wedding and placed orders for them, including pre-paying(the price was reasonable but I don’t remember exactly what we paid). We were able to customize the trays to some extent as to what was on the sandwiches, and they did provide mayo and mustard as well. On our wedding day the trays were ready when they were supposed to be, and we had no trouble picking them up and taking them to our reception venue. I didn’t actually try the sandwiches since I was of course eating the Indian food we had. It looked like our guests mostly decided to be adventurous and try the Indian food, but most of one sandwich tray and part of another were consumed by the end of the night. Still, I’m glad Subway was there for us since we had an easy way to provide a «safer» dinner alternative at our wedding reception.
