Excellent customer service along with very fair prices for toner

This location also does cell phone/​tablet repair! My iPad had a crack in the screen and they replaced it quickly (in one day) for a really reasonable price and it has worked great ever since. Very friendly and professional service!

have purchased several cartridges from these guys and they have all been very good and priced very competitively. Recently one ink jet printer cartridge broke down after about 3 months of little usage. Took it over to their store expecting to pay for a replacement and after trying somehow to «fix’ it they replaced it for no charge. Tha’ts right no charge.
Guy was very friendly too. How can you go wrong?

Very satisfied, employees are very nice, they repair iPhones and iPads for very low price! They replaced my iPad 4 charger port, and screen for 70 $! Ubreakifix would fix both for over 200 $ great company!

My Original Cartridges came from Lexmark & Super Target but then Target discontinued carrying my model. Lexmark was only cheap the 1^st yr I owned my printer model. I had also purchased these when I had a Sam’s Club membership, but then they stopped carrying them as well. Yes there are some stores that carry either my black or my color, but no where else carries both, Yes, I could buy them on Amazon but I would not trust any buyer on Amazon selling these, I would have no way of knowing how old they are whether they r new or not, you can’t buy a lot of these because the ink dries up, I found this out the hard way years ago from buying them when I had a Sams Club membership, they used to sell mine in a triple pk.
I tried getting one once online and it did not work and the company would not refund my money, I had to contact my credit card company and dispute the payment. I also tried getting one once 1X at Office Max and it did not work, Office Max refused to refund me my money despite because i did not buy a cartridge from them, they simply replaced the ink. Well little did I know that refilled cartridges & re-​manufactured ones are 2 different products. Refilled ones don’t work in my printer at all, it has to be an OEM or a re-​manufactured one.
I have been shopping here for years, 1^st at the Batavia store, then the South Elgin store, and then back at the Batavia Store, I have a Lexmark 4 in One Printer from 2007 which uses one Black Ink Cartridge & one Color Cartridge. I have used the BOGO coupons, the BOGO Half of coupons, money back on returning my cartridges, Yes, I have had a few cartridges in the last 7 yrs not work, bur I simply go bk to the store and they give me another one for FREE, yes I said for FREE.
The quality of the ink is fine, dries great and no smears, I don’t notice any difference from these and when I used to use the original Lexmark OEM’s.
My only con is that they do deliver FREE only to local Batavia business or if you order a certain dollar amount, I don’t have a business so I don’t go thru as many cartridges and because the ink dries out so quick even in an un=opened pk it would not make sense, nor do I live in Batavia.

Horrible prices.
Cartridge World is nowhere near the cheapest prices in the area.
I went in to get a new toner cartridge for a HP color laser printer. They asked $ 90 dollars, not for an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) toner cartridge mind you, but for a refurbished one. You can find the same model, refurbished toner cartridge online for $ 60 — $ 75! Also no tax and free shipping. What a scam.
I did ask to speak to the manager about the pricing and was told they do not do any type of price matching. You would be better served getting refills at a Walgreens than this place.
