Taco Bell

Lately this Taco Bell drive thru has been sooooooo slow. The workers are nice, but you have to wait about 6 hours to see them.

I love Taco Bell and go to this chain a lot so I am familiar with how the store is individually and compares to other chains overall. This individual store is also close to where I live so I go there about two or three times a month.
As the store stands individually, it is generally clean in appearance. That is except for the floors and the bathrooms. The dinning room floor tends to be sticky more often than not and the bathrooms are always in need of cleaning. That aside the food at this particular Taco Bell is always fresher tasting than some of the other ones near where I work. Though, I have stopped going here after 9 pm because the quality of the food does tend to decline as the night progresses.
But in summary I do enjoy this store and plan to continue eating here.
Also, though I do not eat from the Pizza Hut offerings, this location does have a Pizza Hut inside it also.

I don’t eat Taco Bell, but I do like Pizza Hut. And, this is the only Taco Hut in the area where you can get a personal pan pizza in the drive thru. I ordered the supreme personal pan pizza and when I opened it it was like ¼ supreme and ¾ cheese.
I just went with it but took the first bite and the pizza was literally just dough. Not cooked at all. So, I brought it up to the front counter and they went to exchange it for a different one. Alas, the next one they showed me was also undercooked. It took a few different pizzas and finally a freshly cooked pizza for them to get a fully cooked pizza.
They were nice about it, but not overly friendly.
A little overcooked is something I can deal with.
Undercooked food is definitely a health concern!

Was very disappointed with the service.
Took forever to get my food and staff was to distracted by eachother and there phones.
I will NOT be coming back

It’s a Taco Bell/​Pizza Hut. There’s not much to say about it really. The staff was friendly, but did manage to get my order messed up. I ordered the cheese pizza combo and ended up with just a cheese pizza. I didn’t feel like going back in the winding line, and they only charged me for the pizza so I just dealt with it. Overall, it’s fast food. If you’re in a hurry it’s not a bad choice.
