Very kind staff, and very helpful. Spacious location as well. Only downside was that I waited 10 minutes prior to being helped. I needed more information anyways prior to switching over, but they were very helpful.

Stopped by for help with my new Galaxy 6. Greeted at door and helped immediately. Ask for help transferring old phone contacts that were still on old device but not backed up anywhere. Roger helped me and 10 minutes later leaving with everything on new phone. Great experiece, will be back.

This has been our store since July of 2000. We rarely have to pay them a visit, but when we do it’s always a pleasant experience. Yesterday, we had a very unpleasant experience at a franchised Verizon Wireless Zone. Avoid the franchises at all cost. This store on Randall in Batavia is a corporate-managed store and is well worth the drive, even if you have a franchised store that is closer in proximity. Verizon does a poor job containing the excesses and price-gouging of their franchisees, thereby sullying their own reputation in the process. We paid $ 20 for a SIM card at a franchised store, only to find out too late that it would have been FREE at a corporate store. Never hesitate to discover which kind of store you’re dealing with, and never doubt that you’ll be treated better at a «real» corporate store — like this one!

This is my go to Verizon phone store. I have been a Verizon customer since forever and have seen all variations of customer service, and been to other Verizon stores. I am happy to stay that this store has met my needs and expectations with patience, understanding, and friendliness. They now have a good system for waiting on customers. As soon as you walk in someone will ask your name and the nature of your visit and immediately record it on their tablet device and then will let you know where you stand in the line of customers ahead of you. All sales associates carry a tablet so all associates know who is up next. On busy, busy days I have had to wait only about 20 minutes. Once it is your turn, you are made to feel as though you are the most important customer there. You are not rushed at all and the sales associate will guide you through the equipment to find the one that will fit your needs. There is some sales pitches for the newer products but not much, especially if you are firm with your needs and price range. AND, the best thing is the associate will help set up your equipment. I did click the pricey price range but there are discounts to be had and Verizon does offer phones at a good price with packages. I always have to have the newest version of something before the price discounts hit.

So I show up here looking for a new phone and, like the other reviews state, had to wait awhile to speak with someone. However, in the end, it was all worth it. I eventually spoke to Hasan. I thought I wanted the new LG with the 4.5 inch screen but he explained all the advantages of the new Razr MAXX. I told him about my current Droid X2’s problems and he was nice enough to fix them. I HADTRIEDEVERYTHING! To top it off he got me 20% off my bill through my company, even when I didn’t buy anything… imagine that. I’m going to be back here soon and get the RAZR from him. It isn’t a matter of «if» but«when» I get the extra money for the phone. Bottom line, speak to him. He’s a nice guy and knowledgeable. He is a sales rep. but you can tell he really knows/enjoys the products and isn’t your annoying, pushy, buy now, know nothing sales rep.

Horrible customer service. My phone was destroyed with a few months left on my 2 year agreement. They refused to let me re-new at the time(for an additinal two years) and insisted I buy a phone at full price $ 249, I ended up paying the $ 95 early termination fee. I can’t believe they would treat a customer that way.
