I love coffee and Dunkin’ Donuts happens to be my favorite the staff is very polite very pleasant but the service can be slow the place is usually very clean

Great place for breakfast sandwiches on the go. This morning they were a little slow but the drive through attendant was very courteous. My biggest complaint about this location is that the SD Perks card reader system is usually down, so now often than not we get charged full price for our drinks. Will continue to return though.

Each time myself or my husband has stopped here for breakfast (food)…we have been disappointed. The sandwiches are usually sloppily made and it takes up to 15 minutes to get your food. Forget about being in a hurry when you stop at this DD. The one breakfast sandwich that is always made correctly and is delicious is the one with the pretzel roll. The drinks are always fine. My biggest complaint is the wait time. They have tons of people working there; no excuse to take THAT long for a sandwich. And you all want $ 15 an hour? Get off it. One of the staff was smoking outside in the front… I think that’s just trashy when staff do that. If I had done this when I worked in retail I would’ve been written up.

The place is clean and the staff is friendly and earnest, but it’s not quite as good as the NJ Dunkins I’m used to. They are light on the donut icing and my iced coffee wasn’t filled to the top. Also, beware that their pay-​by-​app system does not always work.

We must have ended up with the rookie shift, because our experience here was nothing short of soul-​sucking. Staff was disorganized, confused, and less-​than-​knowledgeable about the menu. An order of two iced coffees took roughly 3 minutes to process at the counter and another 10 to make.

I wanted to stop at only Tim’s, but they aren’t everywhere and ended up stopping at this DD location.
It was clean and the coffee was ok — staff were extra friendly and it was an easy in and out! I’d stop here again for sure!

This Dunkin Donuts is super nice! The food and donuts are always great, and the service is awesome! The only complaint I have is that this place is super busy no matter what time of the day you go, and since the lot that it sits on is so small, the line in the drivethru usually clogs up the entire parking lot. I usually have to park across the street and walk. Other than that, I visit this place at least once per day when I travel to this area.

Donuts are donuts, but the bathrooms in this DD were super clean, and the staff was much nicer and more efficient than the surly lot we often encounter.
