I have bought me Laptop, Computer, Office Chair, and others stuff from this placee! :)

I really wish you could rate a business with no stars.
The first time I visited this place, I brought a ticket for a brown office chair to the manager, and asked if they had the same chair in black. He said «yes, we have one left. Take your ticket to the front and let me go get it.» Awesome, right?
During checkout, I again explained to the clerk that while my ticket was for a brown chair I actually want the last remaining black chair of the same model.
I get home, open the box, and yes, you guessed it… brown chair. All they could do for wasting 30 min. of drive time and my gas, was to take $ 12 off the chair. Didn’t hep me anyway, I expensed the chair to my company.
The second visit: I got what I needed. I went to checkout. The cashier in the next line, who had a customer right in front of her, snapped twice very loud. So of course I looked. She looked me dead in the face, snapped twice again, and motioned me over.
All I’m saying is, after that we had words.
