«Stellar customer service»! I have been to this store several times and the people here are always super helpful! During my last visit, one of the employees was very patient with us, when I was looking to purchasing a new phone. Unfortunately, there were some changes with the plan, so they took the time to explain what the changes were going to be, if we decided to buy the phone and renew the contract. Even though I ended up not buying the phone that day, they still helped me with questions I had with my iPhone. I have been with Sprint for years and do not ever plan on switching plans. Many have complained about their customer service experience with Sprint, but for the most part it has be fairly descent for me. The specific store has salesmen, but they are also willing to lend a helping hand and won’t make you feel terrible if you do not want to buy a product right then and there.
