Amazing service. The frustration of trying to fix my CPU was ruining my week! I was about four hours deep in the process of uploading new client information onto my computer, when it suddenly became frozen with a virus. I couldn’t turn it off. I couldn’t do ANYTHING!
I had heard wonderful things about Computer Solutions Of Marin however thought I’d never need their services. I guess I thought wrong.
When I called them in a state of panic, I was helped by a calm and collected man who said he would be out to my house within the hour.
He was punctual, professional and unbelievably helpful.
It took him about an hour to do some fancy foot work and considering he had never seen anything like what was going on with my computer before, I was impressed with his speed and competence.
