Good clean hotel. Attentive front desk clerk. Not the Ritz, but exactly what I expected for $ 99 on a Friday night in July. The pool needs updating, but I am not here for the pool. I am here for good night sleep. The complaints listed below are unreasonable.

Comfy bed, but the neighbors did jumping jacks throughout the night to keep me awake. Sound travels terribly in this place, as it sounds like footsteps are people lugging furniture around. Don’t stay here if you’re a moderate to light sleeper.

Pros: very good breakfast, free wi-​fi, clean rooms, well marked public areas. Cons: Very overpriced for the amenities, star rating, and area. i have stayed at 4 star hotels in major cities for way less money per night. pool was dirty and towels were not stocked. We had to stay an additional night due to a local power outage and had to change rooms and were not even offered the same rate. i would not stay here again unless the rate was under $ 100 a night.

Crap customer service. We had a trial in Bay County Circuit Court. My attorney would need a room for two nights. I booked online, didn’t not see a message regarding their cancellation policy. Or lack there of. All hotels in the area were booked do to some function (Fish Fly Festival?). (May 2013) The trial was postponed due to unforeseen events. I was not able to get a refund or change the reservation dates. I was hung up on several times by the manager and support staff. I hope they enjoy the bonus $ 146.51 and buy something nice. When the trial is rescheduled there is no way in hell we’d give this crap excuse for a hotel a 2nd chance. Jerks.

If you are with groups stay away from this hotel. We stayed for a girls tournament and had nothing but issues. They forced us to sign a form stating they could throw us out for unruly activity. That’s fine and know that large groups can have issues. Our girls were in the rooms at 9pm on a Saturday night and the parents went to the commons area to watch a preseason football game. At 10pm the clerk told us that we were too loud (watching TV) and had to return to our rooms. We did not and she called the police. Again unless you are desperate I would not stay at this hotel. I would rather sleep on a park bench.

Roswell, GA
This was a very nice Holiday Inn! Especially for the price. On the webiste the room is about 110 $ a night, but we got it for 55 $ when we named our own price on Priceline. Very clean with huge rooms and big spa tub. I will definately stay here again if I’m up that way.
