I was referred to the clinic by a friend who had told me great things about it. Well that’s an understatement, the staff and 5 star services I received played a substantial role in my weight loss experience. Hilda especially is very knowledgable about health and nutrition that goes along with the HGC plan. I was so happy to lose 25 pounds in 40 days. I look and feel great. My energy both mentally and physically are at an all time high! Hilda was very flexible during my follow up visits and always just a phone call away if I needed her. which I did from time to time…

Awesome Experience

I was a patient of the clinic in
Aventura… I now live in CA but I want to thank these ladies for all the help they gave me while I was going to the clinic… I still go by the guidelines and even started jogging… i haven’t jogged or been able to since I was like 15yrs old… I learned how to change my lifestyle and not be on a diet… when started I was almost 300lbs now I am happy to say I am a good ways under 200lbs… A lady never tells her weight or age ;) I still have a way to go but it if wasn’t for this clinic and program I wouldn’t be here today… Ashley and Hilda were and are fabulous! Their encouragement and advice kept me on track… These ladies were my therapist when I was stressed my advisors when I traveled and over all a support system that you need when making such a big change in your life… Now that I’m back in CA some people I’ve known for years don’t even recognize me… And really I don’t mind if some don’t lol…
People always say if u are over weight just loose weight… Easier said than done… Many people don’t understand what it’s like to be 200lbs over weight… But people who are this much over weight don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel… Believe me people its there… The truth is as strong as you think you are, you can’t do this alone… You need guidance for you health and encouragement for your sanity.
