Dr. Epstein is one of the best dentists that I’ve ever had in my life. He is thorough, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable about the newest procedures and techniques. His entire diverse and accepting office staff is an absolute pleasure to deal with. They know how to do their jobs and they also know how to make their patients feel valued. They’re never rude or cold like you see in most other doctor’s offices in Miami, and They never make you wait for your appointment because they don’t overbook, which is a huge benefit. You know that your appointment will start and end on time, every time. Also, the entire team has been together for more than a decade, So they work like a well oiled machine. they really create a very family type environment. It never feels like I’m going to the dentist when I go there; It’s more like visiting with friends. I’ve been a patient for, I think, about 6 years. I’ll never go anywhere else for as long as I’m living in south florida. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
