Located in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, this theatre is used to show extended previews for upcoming Disney movies. Currently, they are showing the extended preview for Cinderella which will be released in theatres March 13, 2015.
The theatre is also used for other special events held at Hollywood Studios. For instance, it’s used during Star Wars Weekends.
The theatre isn’t huge (for Disney standards, that is), but it does seat a little over 200 people.
The seats are comfy and the theatre is air conditioned. The screen is very large and crystal clear. The sound is loud and also crystal clear… it’s so loud that during certain parts, you can actually «feel» the sound.
When they are showing extended previews for upcoming Disney movies, they generally last approximately 10 minutes, and are show every 30 minutes (on the hour and half hour).
I personally always love catching the extended previews as I’m a huge Disney fan (shocker, I know! Haha). It’s also a great opportunity to get off your feet and into the a/​c for a bit. You also won’t have to worry about waiting in a long line.
