PSL Eco Painting and Remodeling

This is the second — pretty major construction job PSL Eco has done for us — the first job was putting a ceiling and storage in the garage, moving lights and electrical — it was done perfect. the second involved tearing down walls and rebuilding a closet, texturing and painting — all was done perfectly –detailed and reasonably priced we are very picky about workmanship — we have had lots of general contractors before and Pedro is the BEST, his work is done to perfection and he cleans up, oversees the work of others — is on time, shows up everyday, does what he says he is going to do.

I went to do my laundry and discovered that our water heater was leaking. There was a large pool of water on the floor underneath it that extended clear to the other side of the garage underneath the washer and dryer. I texted my landlord right away and he told me to contact Pedro to come take care of it. Pedro arrived later that same day to come check it out. He was very professional and courteous. By the same time the next day we had a brand new, more efficient water heater that is now properly braced. He went above and beyond the call of duty and brought the water heater up to code, even installing a drain pan that directed any potential future leaking outside. I would recommend his work to anyone because he was efficient and provided excellent customer care and service.

We recently contracted with Pedro to install marble flooring in the master bathroom of our home. He did an excellent job! Pedro matched the Crema Marfil patterns and shadings beautifully and the grouting is done to perfection. My husband and I are very pleased with the outcome of this project.
