I didn’t take part in planning the funeral so I can’t tell you about that. But, from my point of view, the directors are very understanding, sensitive, organized, and very helpful. Some examples.
— I needed a music stand, and it took him 2 hours, but he found me a music stand.
— We requested family names to be placed in a specific part of the casket — they delivered.
— They are always available — if the T.V. didn’t work, they were there to fix the problem.
— They made sure that if we needed anything, the would always do their best to make it happen the way we requested. If it isn’t to our liking, they will do it again until we are satisfied.
The rooms are home-​like, comfortable and can adjust the temperature as needed. Our loved one in the casket, was groomed well and we were so happy that his appearance was very clean. The flowers are well organized and well made.
Through them, you can also arrange limos and cars to transport the immediate family to the sites. The staff was present at every stage, from the planning, to the actual days that we were there, to the church mass and through the gravesite.
Overall, the 3 day experience was very smooth and we didn’t have to worry about anything. You can focus on your loved ones.
