Buffalo Wild Wings

If i could rate this establishment lower than 1 star I would in heart beat. Where do I even start… As me and my boyfriend walked in we weren’t greeted with a hello or hi welcome to BWW we were just asked if we were sitting down…(fine maybe the guy was in a bad mood) as were seated the restaurant is empty maybe 5 tables including us, we waited 10 mins for our waitress to come over and introduce herself and ask if we wanted any drinks.
Than there’s the group of 5 waiters and waitresses just standing in a corner talking extremely loud, cursing, singing at the tops of their lungs. This was very distracting, frustrating and upsetting since all the other BWW establishments weve gone to were great. This one waiter in particular was cursing very loudly and bumped into me 2 times with out an apology, and appeared to be under the influence of something.
I can go on and on but im just going to make this very clear to all viewers. This place was HORRIBLE and I will never go there again, save yourself the trip and your money and go to the farmingdale location.

Waited over an hour for my food and they messed up my order. On top of that the place was basically empty which made no sense how they messed everything up.

I don’t eat wings. One more time, with feeling. I don’t eat wings.
That said, we routinely come out to the BWW in the mall for Sunday football games from 1 – 4 p.m. Sometimes we order sandwiches and appetizers, other times it’s just a few drinks. Either way, we don’t go hassled for taking up a table or not ordering enough, and I like to show my appreciation in the tip.
The food and drink itself is pretty uneventful. It’s halfway decent chain restaurant food that was probably frozen by corporate and microwaved, but it tastes fine and they’ll throw fresh lettuce and pico de gallo on my burger.
I’d say it’s safe, but we only come in the afternoons. Occasionally the mall has had some issues with gangs, but I’ve never seen it personally. Perk of being in the mall, parking is not even close to being a problem.

Worst Wing Spot ever! Don’t come for good wings here, go to Applebee’s or changing Times. The wings were Very Dry and weren’t even covered in the sauce. You would think the carrots and celery would be freshly cut since the wings were low quality, the carrots were dry also. They seem to have been sitting on the fridge for days. Never coming back, go to your local bar stay away from this franchise.

Food was good service was very good and overall ambience in resteraunt was good. We had the burgers instead of wings and they were good.

I love their wings and onion rings, this location is always crowded but the service I get every time I visit is always amazing. I love coming to this bww. I recommend coming here however like I mentioned before it’s always crowded, especially on the weekends.

went there the other night with a few friends they set us right down there was hardly anybody in the restaurant. Nobody came and approached us to ask us if we want anything to drink for at least 10 minutes we had to wave down the manager and ask him to get us somebody to take care of us. The food was good as usual but when we were done eating we couldn’t get anybody’s attention to bring us another drink and then when we did get the drink we had to go find somebody to accept

Stay away food is less then 1star not worth $ 9.99 for 6 – 8 wings!
When they get cold the food drys up and gets hard!!!
If it don’t come out of the kitchen Cold and you have to send it back!
They don’t even comp your meal when it’s served after the rest of your party is done eating!

Born and raised In Bay Shore so I love to come back here for anything. I’ve always had good food and good service when here. Ian took care of me today. He was very attentive. It’s Beer and Wings. not hard… and BWW in Bay Shore does it best!

I tried to give them a chance. After five attempts I had problems four times. The most outrageous was waiting 40 min for a salad. Then there was the time I didn’t get anything I ordered after the server at the takeout counter proudly proclaimed «I checked it and your good to go» over all it’s the sauce that I like because they don’t season the wings. They just fry them and pour sauce all over it. I picked up a bottle of sauce and I will get another one when it’s done.

Seriously I’m fuming still after my experience here. I work in the mall in which BWW is located. BWW is like the only actual restaurant located inside of the mall so it’s either I eat here, or the food court. So I’ll go to BWW occasionally but yesterday was inexcusable. I sat at the bar. Taking my order was no problem. About a half hour later, my food came out cold, and my diet coke was empty. The bartender walked by my glass like 5 times, and she didn’t pick it up to fill it or ask if I wanted more. So she disappeared and I turn around to catch a server walking by which he saw I wanted him and kept walking, and I see a pack of servers are literally sitting together in a group at a bar table… Like really? My service suffered because you all wanted to slack and socialize? Not cool. And if you don’t believe me I posted a picture. One guy was taking a test, and the guy taking his test was the guy who took my order. Management should have people who need to take a test have them come in early or stay past closed. I didn’t even bother to complain about my cold food to a manager, I just flagged someone down and got my bill. Needless to say, everyone including Management, Servers, and Kitchen Staff need to get it together if they want this place to stay in business. I’m writing to corporate too.

Having always been a fan of BWW, I’m always happy to stop in at this location when I’m heading out this way to hang out with my cousins.
Amanda is usually working at the to-​go counter and she’s a real sweetheart. We usually stop in here, place a pretty large to-​go order, and enjoy a couple of beers at the huge bar while we wait, or pop into the mall real quick.
Good wings, convenient location, and very friendly service. What more could you ask for?

This is probably the best Buffalo Wild Wings on the island. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Our waitress, Melissa, was so knowledgeable about the menu. She answered all of our questions clearly and provided great service. The wings were very good. The Honey BBQ could use more sauce. I will order them «wet» next time. The Asian Zing wings are my new favorite. It’s sweet and spicy at the same time. The french fries are very crispy and delicious. Will definitely be back to this location.

This is my favorite Wild wings on the island by far. Love the honey BBQ wings and the cheeseburgers are great. Nice managers, anytime I had a problem they were right there to correct and even gave me free food. Frequent this location. Nice fun environment, very laid back. For some reason I don’t know why the bayshore locations food always taste better than centereach and deer park. This is my go to place, specially with being on a budget these days. They did go up a little bit in the prices from when they opened but still worth every penny.

I have been here before and never see this before the tvs in the bar were discolored the waiters were rude and we ate wings and had beer and the next day we were all sick never going back again

I meet my friends here after work once and a while. Three bucks for a tall beer during happy hour. The staff is friendly too. I like it better than the one in deer park.
