Great weight room stocked with a good assortment of kettle bells, and a jump box. Tends to get over crowded with HS and College age meatheads who don’t believe in leg day. The best locker room and shower area of any LI Y I’ve been to. The pool is shallower, and has in the last year become constantly foggy and always tastes like they’re solution is to add more and more chemicals. So if you plan on getting wet go to another Y otherwise I really like this place.
