Clean and well run. Authentic restaurant that would be right at home on the Gulf Coast. We happened upon Big O’s when we driving around trying to get purposely lost. Bay Springs is a charming little town and this restaurant was one of those rare finds you always hope to find in small town South (but rarely do). We both had poboys and slaw. More southern style than Cajun, but very good. They have a large supply of shellfish and fish on display in the seafood case right when you walk in, so you can see the freshness up close. Also homemade sauces on the table. I’ll be back, and it was worth the 20 minute drive from nearby Laurel.

I love their crab legs and gumbo! It’s a pretty good seafood restaurant. They take call-​in orders too which is a bonus.
