Not a bad Dunkin. Staff actually seem to speak English, get the orders right for the most part, & it’s in a good central location on a main street close to lots of other businesses. They could keep it cleaner (wash off the tables more regularly, sweep the floor etc) and FYI there’s no drive thru at this location. Overall though, you can get your coffee fix, pick up a donut (or 10), & get in & out in time for your next errand. Win Win!

This place sucks. They never make anything right and there coffee don’t even taste like dunking donuts it taste like cheap coffee. And one thing that really Pisces me off is there is a set time they close WHY does it always close like 45 mind early all the time… there is one lady there that is really sweet don’t know own remember her name… when I come in here I feel like I’m stepping into a cheap coffee shop!

I come in here a few times a week for coffee, but I think I’m going to be searching for a new coffee place. With the exception of one very nice young woman the service here is rude and down right nasty. Note for the owner or manager: train your employees to be customer friendly! I came in today for a coffee and noticed there weren’t any stirrers for my my coffee so I went up to the lady behind the counter to ask if they could give me one and with a very nasty attitude and poor English she answered «we don’t have none no more». Wtf? This same person got into an argument with another employee the other day in front of all the customers and it continued for at least 20 minutes. Seriously the owner needs to fire most of the staff and start from scratch!

What a bad visit. The staff has got to get their act together! Stopped in for coffee and It wasn’t busy at all yet the 6 people working were so frazzled. They had no organization and not one person seemed in charge despite name tags saying shift leader. Suggestion: shift leader, GET OFF REGISTER, your team needs you to lead them — stick someone else up there to ring. They were messing up orders, forgetting to make and serve the coffee (including mine and that’s all I got!). An argument ensued regarding whether or not the customer actually ordered the sandwich or not. The person behind the counter wouldn’t budge on her stance and neither was the customer… just make the damn sandwich and give it to her for free, everyone watched as the two bickered back and forth it was ridiculous.

I am a coffee fanatic and having a good cup of coffee in the morning will literally make my day. Keeping this in mind, I’ve walked out of this dunkin a few times where my coffee was made wrong and they still insisted it was made how I asked. When my coffee is made right on the other hand it is delicious. Its either a hit or miss with these guys. The people here are quick and efficient and they have the best bagels compared to the other Dunkin Donuts in Bayonne. Just dont expect great customer service in this store.
