Quiet little gem of a coffee shop, nicely decorated on the inside with a relaxing, welcome atmosphere. The owner and staff are super friendly, they have a big variety of flavored coffee that they will freshly grind for you, they also offer different teas, hot/​cold drinks and dessert. The oreo freeze is to die for and the top it off with their own fresh whipped cream! Nice spot for after dinner, catching up with friends, or just to relax. They have wifi, so it’s a nice spot if you want to finish up some work and ample room where you don’t feel crowded. Definitely a must try!

I love this place. My family and I have been going to Robert’s for years and we still go there at least once a week! The family favorite? Mocha freeze and molten lava cake.

So I ended up in this café randomly. I was trying to research where to find this certain banana pudding that I seen and found out it was being sold here so I decided to stop by to buy it. As soon as you walk in theres a really cool chill atmosphere. This would be the place where I’d want to come to hang out with some friends while enjoying some drinks. The barista was very friendly! She assisted me in choosing which banana pudding to try… haha. Although I didn’t try any of their drinks .I would def come back!

One of the best coffeeshops I’ve been to in my life. Outstanding staff, gorgeous atmosphere, delicious and quality coffee and dessert. You’ll see yourself becoming a regular and making friends here. Everyone loves coming here.

I’ve lived in Bayonne for two years and didn’t realize this gem of a café was literally just down the block! You cannot imagine my excitement when I came across this coffee shop, it’s peaceful, and so relaxing and their coffee and snacks are phenomenal! they’re open late, free wifi and such a gem in the neighborhood. I highly recommend!

A great independent coffeehouse and also a much-​needed gathering spot in Bayonne City.
The barista knew her menu well and patiently assisted me in choosing the Café Mocha. The drink was just as she described it– distinct chocolate tones but not too sweet. While it was not as hot as I’d wished given my request «extra-​hot», the superb flavor balance between the coffee and the chocolate more than made up for that. The beverage exceeded my expectations.
The service and presentation were overall excellent. I was given the option of setting up a tab; when I declined, my MasterCard was cheerfully accepted for a $ 5 charge. My beverage was brought to my table in a ceramic cup on a ceramic saucer with a teaspoon and napkin.
The interior was nice, softly lit, soft music. Coffee beans were roasting in the background. Power outlets and 5Mbps Internet were freely available on my weekday March evening visit. The only thing to be desired was more consistent temperatures, though the staff did not skimp on heat.
I really like this business and will visit again.

A great place to study: calm, spacious, coffee scents.
A good array of drinks, and very reasonable prices. I rarely see mochaccinos on the menu, so I get excited when I see them. Mochaccinos are like chocolate-​y capuccinos, as opposed to a café mocha which is like a hot chocolate with a shot of espresso. It all depends on your milk to chocolate ratio!
There are also desserts and beans for sale!
Would come again when I am back in Bayonne.

Who woulda thunk it that the best babo I’ve had in NJ among the numerous Asian shops popping up everywhere is from a place called Robert’s in Bayonne?
None of those cheap, watery, over-​sweetened bubble tea or shakes here, Robert’s Café offers thick, frothy and delicious drinks. I’ve tried most of the flavored and they are all worth a recommendation.
Another plus for those who work there. Very friendly bunch.

Been going here with the better half for a few years and everything from the drinks, to the people, to the ambiance, to the desserts warrants a five star rating. We always get the Oreo Cookie Bash and it’s incomparable to any Oreo drink out there. Who cares if they don’t have a sign, place is good enough to not have a sign. I took five minutes out of my day to write this and I’m not even there right now. That’s how good this place is. Haha.

Beyond awesome and amazing consumer service. I just had the best bubble tea and it looked amazing too! Welcoming, cozy and clean. Perfect for dates of any kind. I love this place and will continue coming here.

The best coffee I have ever had. Seriously! Hannah is an amazing barista! I enjoy bringing their coffee home with me as well! I can enjoy delicious coffee with my french press!

I love small homey places like this. Great coffees and pastries and a lovely atmosphere.

One of the best spots in the area to read a book or get some work done. The space is small but very cozy, and the atmosphere never less than congenial. The drinks I’ve ordered have always been full-​favored and refreshing; not to mention very fairly priced compared to other similar establishments.
Two minor critiques: One, the addition of a few comfy chairs throughout the café would make reading books a lot more enjoyable; Two, please set up a sign on the outside. Like a previous reviewer said, its hard to spot the place until you go up close and see the interior.
To conclude, I will definitely be back to make my way through the menu and possibly try some dessert.

Ive been to Rob’s probably 3 times just this week alone. It has free wifi, great drinks that vary from traditional teas and coffee, bubble tea or a frap and great customer service. The owner Robert (if you couldn’t tell by the name) is always there giving his customers a warm welcome. The other barista is Diana who is always high spirited and her great mood radiates to all of the customers. They also have a great selection of desserts that just put the cherry on the experience. I highly recommend taking the time to get coffee and a piece of chocolate cake here one day, any day but Monday and Tuesday of course because that’s when theyre closed!

I really enjoy coming here for coffee and studying. Its a calm warm place that has many different flavors of my favorite coffee. I give this 5 stars because of the great service and the great fweling you get when you are there. My only criticism would be if they had more of a variety of pastries. Other than that this place is great!
