Starbucks

Let me tell you something about the staff. Rude. Ignorant. Uneducated, and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Some chick that worked there straight up said she doesn’t want to be there to work to her co workers. Does that attract customers? I honestly don’t understand how the manager or owner not notice they’re entire staff sucks. I asked this lady four times politely what was that pastry on display (because I couldn’t tell if it was a cake with icing or a scone) she ignored me and guess what… I was in front of the line. So I shouldn’t have gotten ignored.

Extremely rude staff. And they can’t make anything except regular coffee. I gave them instruction but of course they still can’t get it. My frappé never been so horrible.
June 2015… Pick up a Venti ice coffee… The young girls behind the counter is horrible. If you dislike your work, please leave & don’t make my day horrible. People like that makes the town crappy.

Staff is rude and looks unprofessional. «Maybe they’ve had a bad day.» I understand that, I get it. But no, it’s every single time I come here.
Staff asked ME, the customer, what was in a drink. I don’t know… isn’t that YOUR job?
Their aprons are on sideways, hair is loose and they’re always scratching their head and touching people’s drinks and food. Disgusting.
Also, they don’t honor Starbucks members promotions. I’ll stick to the JC location even if I have to drive an extra 5 miles. At least they get the drinks right with a smile.

I would give no stars if Unilocal allowed it. This location should be shut down. It’s an embarrassment to both the Starbucks brand as well as Shop and Stop. I have way too many bad experiences to even list. Staff is rude and moderately trained at best. They don’t have any idea of what customer service is or the products they carry and sell. There is often no coffee made and no ice! How that’s even possible when it’s in a supermarket is beyond me! They sell merchandise and never have bags. They don’t promote and rewards or ask for my Stop and Shop card to redeem any and they wouldn’t even let me use the pay by phone Starbucks app because they said they don’t have proper equipment. They wouldn’t even enter the numbers on my phone to continue with payment and proceeded to talk to eachother about me while I was standing there and actually stated «hell no I’m not waiting my time entering this bullshit» and then refused it as payment. If you can avoid this place at all costs.

Nice staff, disgusting coffee. After being away for two weeks with no Starbucks I practically drove through the window of this place to get an iced venti. It tasted like old coffee from the day before that had been sitting in the fridge, marinating. Bitter, rank, and no amount of classic syrup or milk could help. I poured it out in the gutter after three sips. Why does every Starbucks make coffee differently? Gross.

This particular (and ONLY) location in Stop n’ Shop in Bayonne is the P I T S!!! I wanted a frappuccino yesterday, «We don’t have any ice for frozen drinks». WHAT??? Go into the aisles & get a bag you stupid twit!!! How this girl manages to stay employed there just boggles the mind. I had to go into Jersey City just to get what I wanted. I REALLY, TRULY & SINCERELY hope Starbucks opens up a REAL store here soon.

The worst Starbucks ever!!! Everytime I go there, there is that lifeless barista. So rude and unprofessional! She doesn’t even deserve my one precious star!

This is the Starbucks inside the Stop & Shop in Bayonne. It has no seating and I have to go inside the worst grocery store in America.
But at least it is a Starbucks?

They don’t make you the right drink. You want a vanilla latte? Nope. They always forget the syrup. Then you have to ask them to put the syrup in and it’s like the end of the world. Far be it from me to ask someone to do their job.

I actually never thought I would say I would pass on a Starbucks…

I have a new obsession with the Vanilla Macchiato. Of course being in a stop & shop that has a Starbucks, HELLO! I’m going to get some!
The baristas were nice, until I had to ask if my macchiato was vanilla flavored. It sure doesn’t taste like vanilla. It was a hazelnut macchiato. And my drink wasn’t even filled up.
Very disappointing. They had no other customers. And the one lady, said something under her breath, while I was walking away. Definitely not appropriate.
